Keio Presso Inn Kanda

I liked the location. It was near many train stations and had a 711 nearby. It's central enough that you can go to most of Tokyo in under an hour. Breakfast was not included but not bad because you can get the value back if you're hungry

Bathroom smells. Kept that door closed the entire time. It was also a little small but that's normal in Tokyo still wished I had space to unpack my luggage as it was not wide enough to open my clam shell luggage without hitting a wall of some sort.

The location was great. The staff is very kind and helpful. I would like to stay there again.

I hope they can have the amenities for women make up cleaning, cream, lotion and so on.

Breakfast has degraded in the last year. Bed was more of a futon on a hard board than a mattress.

The location, cleanliness and staff service were outstanding. I enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood with restaurants and convenient stores everywhere in walking distance.

The room was poorly ventilated because of the weak air conditioning system. I reported this to the staff but she only asked me to wait for nothing. All I could do was to turn on the humidifier to compensate for the humidity.

Very nice staff. Good location to Electronics World and a 20 minute walk to Tokyo Station. Excellent maid service.

I made the mistake of booking a smoking room. I didn’t see it in Booking.com reservation, my mistake. The whole floor smelled of smoke.

The location was great, only a 7 minute walk away from Akihabara. The staff was courteous and professional and spoke English fairly well. The Wi-Fi in the room was also good.

The bed was basically a brick with a cover over it. The USB outlet on the headboard of the bed might as well have not been there as it didn't charge at even 1/10th of the strength a normal outlet charges at. The bathroom had a strange faucet that worked for both the bathtub/shower and the sink. The card to enter the room was made out of very flimsy paper; not even plastic.

I really liked the location and how clean the hotel was. Next to Akihabara area, everything is approachable from this hotel

The staff doesn't speak good english and they made a mistake making me pay for a breakfast I already paid for just because they forgot to give me a voucher for it.

Good location and comfortable room. I like that there was so much room underneath the bed to store luggage. The fried chicken in the breakfast buffet surprised me at first but was some of the best I’d ever tasted in Japan. The staff were friendly every time I spoke to them.

I wish there was a change machine near the laundry (if there was I didn’t see it). But there is a vending machine so I was still able to get change by getting a drink.

Recommend for solo girl to stay, place is safe and comfort. Thanks for your security and helpful staffs.

I am a non smoker and booked the only available smoking room, staff made an effort to communicate with me in English but language was slightly a barrier

Breakfast was good and I could try original Japanese cuisine immediately after arrival - this was important for me.Room was very clean, the staff was polite and eager for help. I used baggage delivery service to get my suitcase to this hotel and it worked perfectly.

Ever been to Japan? No? Then expect very small room. This is a standard here so it doesn't affect my evaluation of this hotel.

Very accommodating staff despite the language barrier, but the language barrier is on me because I am in their country not the other way around.

My room was next to the elevator so there was a slight noise disturbance but that is just bad luck.

Very good price. Good breakfast., comfortable bed (mattress and pillow) and chair, good lighting.

Lack of such basic amenities as a shower cap. Lack of a mirror in the main room or a socket in the bathroom (for doing a makeup or hair, for instance). Only powder green tea. A coffee or ほうじ茶 would be great. And a complimentary bottle of water too.

The staff were exceptionally nice, the room was always in tip top shape and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to a subway station. The JR line is also nearby. It is a business hotel with reasonable price.

The room was not supplied with tea/coffee, although an electric cattle was available. The lighting of the room can be improved. The room did not have its own air conditioner therefore it is difficult to maintain the temperature that you like.

The room isn't very big but is very comfortable. With the new housekeeping new towels are provided everyday which is a very nice gesture. The Wi-Fi is also very good in terms of the speed.

The location is perfect, close to the subway and Akihabara. You have free amenities from the front desk, like toothbrush, toothpaste, matcha, which is very helpful.

I think the breakfast schedule could be a bit later, like 10 am. I think in Japan this is the regular schedule, but when you are in vacations a later schedule is better.
