The crew team are very kind and helpful, above expectation.

A little bit far from the trail,near to the exit but a long way to the railway.

Good location, near a few stations. Rooms were fine, Tokyo sized of course, and many amenities provided.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Our room was amazingly clean. Near to the restaurants and spots to go.

I stayed for 7 days. I usually don't like Housekeeping to come into the room I left my spectacles in the room. The day that I let the housekeeping come in. My spectacles could not be found. I called reception to ask. They said they will revert the next day. However, they just said they checked with housekeeping and they didn't see or take anything.

I liked how the check in and out process is very efficient. Staffs are there to accomodate you too. I liked how we could see the amenities and had a lot of variations. The room itself is quite exceptional.

The room was too cramped but i think its the standard for most hotels/inn in japan.

The property is very close to downtown and train station. Very convenient to go places

The room is kinda small and the breakfast buffet is not the good.

Nice affordable hotel with helpful and friendly staffs. Within walkable distance from the metro station. Nice and clean room with comfortable beds. Toilet is very equip with amenities. The hotel provide luggage drop off storage if you come before the check in timing. Easy and straight forward to check in and check out.

The room was a little small, but possibly standard for Tokyo.

Nice to stay just a little bit outside of the craziness of Shinjuku and Kabukicho without being too far away from it all. Walking distance to stations but might be challenging with a lot of luggage.

Mixed experience with staff. Some were lovely, some less so.

The bus shuttle to/from the airport was very convenient. The room was comfortable for a one night stay. Breakfast was very good and the staff very helpful.

The shuttle bus back to the airport was absolutely full with temporary seats put between rows on either side. It would be good to be able to book a seat beforehand at check-in.

The light in the room near the door is operated by a sensor which either wasn't working properly or is much to sensitive to movement in the room.the room. My husband's moving in the bed seemed to trigger the sensor, and the light is very bright. So we were woken up regularly throughout the night by the harsh light. This was especially frustrating as this was our first night in tokyo following a long flight, and we really needed the sleep.Other than the light issue the room was perfect.

Location is great and the room is clean. Check-in and out is automated, which is convenient.

Check in process. Either check your guest in or let them check themselves in. I think it pointless to do self check in when someone is partially doing the work. Nobody else in the entire lobby and he says go self check in. Your like ok, then comes over and check it in wrong then has to go back and find our reservation.

The staff charged me 2000 because the checkout time was 10 AM instead of the usual 11 AM at most hotels, but no one at the front desk informed us of this during check-in.Also, in the morning, only one elevator was operating for guests across 13 floors, resulting in very long wait times.
