Need to clean better, noisy and the first day smells like cigarettes

The room was clean. Housekeeping did a good job with the daily room cleaning.

The room size was very small. I booked a 1-week stay and hoped I would be assigned a floor with some natural light considering the length of my stay. They placed me at the back of the building facing the building behind me.

The service is excellent.

Good value. Safe, access to rooms requires a room key. Clean and comfortable.

The trade for good value was the size of the space. I had been traveling for a month with supplies and the suitcases almost didn't fit in the room.

Very Dusty, Toilet smelled like unclean urine all the time. My room specifically, other room did not have the smelly problem. *Windows did not soundproof thats why they provided Ear plug. (My very first stayed hotel in tokyo that have street noise problems)

It is very close to the roponggi station so it’s easy to navigate the metro with such excellent location! It’s also very near the famous 711 with the view of the tokyo tower. The amenities were also great and the supplies were superb! and the room waa really clean and the staff too are reliable!

You should double check the size of the room you’re booking cause I didn’t and so the room I booked for two people was too small I could hardly open the big luggages without needing to reposition everything beforehand adlnd it could get cramped in the room

Short walk to Roppongi station. Restaurants in the area.

Location and cleanliness, I had my room cleaned everyday, opposite to few days like other hotels

The service was excellent especially with their daily cleaning service. Most hotels now do it every three days or so but this property offers daily cleaning, if you request it. I also find their location extremely accessible since they are strategically located near a subway, which is only 3mins. away. You can visit Shinjuku, Ueno, Ginza, Akihabara and other major areas with just taking 1 subway (either the Hibiya or Oedo line). Perfect for saving time if you'll be going around Tokyo.

The room is quite small but I think given the location, it was worth it. I would recommend packing light if you'll be staying in their smaller rooms since there's little space for it when you open your suitcases.

Location was nice for first time visitors to Tokyo. I was able to see a lot of foot and there were many good restaurants! You could see Tokyo Tower while walking from the train station to the hotel. Don Quijote is also nearby. Definitely would stay here again

I'm 5'10" and the bathroom felt a little small for me. Usable but small. When washing my hair in the shower, my hands could touch the ceiling. I also had to crouch a little bit to see my head in the bathroom mirror.

The location was good. It was close to the train station which allowed us to easily travel to other parts of Tokyo and the airport. It was also really close to many restaurants and shops.

The rooms were really small which can't really helped. I think it wouldnt be a problem if your stay is short but it got really uncomfortable for a week long stay.

Location was perfect for our stay in Tokyo. Easy access to Roppongi Station. Walking distance to Suntory Museum, 21-21 Design Labs, Mori Art Museum, Roppongi Hills and lots of fabulous restaurants.

Room was unexpectantly small. No dresser or closet. Truly living out of a suitcase. Made living in the space like a rubric cube…but we adapted and made do.

All the basic needs are provided, little things like an extra toothbrush, a washing machine, a microwave and so on are easily eccessible. The room is small, but not rediculously small like some hotels in Tokyo, overall large enough not to feel claustrophobic. Location is great.

Not well organized storage space, just a few hangers.

Great location, good amenities, clean bathroom and comfortable bed

The location was excellent — close to the metro and conveniently surrounded by many amenities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

We found the room to be very dirty considering the price we paid. The carpet was full of stains, and we even found bugs in the room — I was very close to contacting Booking.com to request a change however i did not know how to do taht.. The quality of the provided amenities was very poor, and overall, I did not enjoy my stay and couldn’t wait to leave. On the last day, we had to pack our suitcases on the bed because there wasn’t enough space in the room to open them elsewhere. I would not recommend staying here.

I booked early so the price is reasonable, the staff is helpful

the chair in the room is too minimal
