Yes, we did not like the pillows. We were very appreciative to have a comfortable bed to rest after a long day of travel, however, the pillows were not comfortable and there were only two for two people.

The staff were very friendly and spoke great English. The room was clean and we were provided new towels even if we did not request cleaning service. It is a close walk to the station and right across from a 7-Eleven.

The room was very small. We could only open one luggage at a time. Though inconvenient, we expected it.

Toilet was sized to fit 1 person, housekeeping did a good job cleaning. Room size is acceptable, bed definitely able to fit 2 regular sized person. Mini fridge in room is well maintained. Location is 5 mins to nearest train station. Convenience store right around the corner

Location was really good. Easy access to metro station and walking distance to Ginza. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

Room was a bit small. But it’s just maybe that we are not used to it.

The room is average for Tokyo. Clean room and bathroom. The location is right at the freeway entrance so it can be loud if you open the window. Within walking distance of the Tokyo station and the subway station.

The pillow does match my preference, they were hard similar to having a plastic head rest behind your head, day after I had a stiff neck and wasn’t able to have restful sleep. This might be good for others down the road.In addition, if you are a foreigner, you might want to do self checkin rather than talking to front desk staff. The staff in the front desk was not friendly and couldn’t speak English, and even if I talk to him in Japanese he looked like he was annoyed by the fact that I am a foreigner.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms (we had two bookings) were small as expected in Tokyo, but very comfortable and clean. They make the rooms every day and provide everything you need. Location is also very convenient close to three train stations and a 7eleven around the corner. Nice coffee station in the lobby and easy check in/out. Would definitely recommend it!

The pillows ?

I liked that even though we had a "do not disturb sign" the staff still provided us with a bag of new towels. The room had toiletries available but they offered additional accessories in the lobby and special skincare for women. The staff were also very nice and attentive to our needs. The pyjamas were very soft and nice. It is also confidently located to different attractions and shopping malls and Tokyo Station was within walking distance.

It was a good location and had what you needed for a one night stay-especially if you are catching the shinkansen the next day. Plenty of transport links.Staff are friendly and you're a stone throw away from a kombini

For what it was it was it was perfect for what I was looking for. For a small Tokyo room it was a lot bigger than other places I have stayed. Perhaps 1-2 night max as I'm not a fan of the area, which isn't a criticism of the hotel, just a personal preference

Pillows were not the softest but we asked for soft and they provided! Could be in a more central location but good for us as we had early train from Tokyo station

Hotel location is great, it's about 10/15mins walk from Toyko station so ideal if you're catching early trains. The staff were friendly and you can leave your luggage with them before you check in. The room was on the small size but adequate for what we needed it for and how long we needed it for (1 night).

The hotel is near Tokyo Station - so this is a really good stay if you are looking to stay near the station to catch a bus/take the bullet trains. There's also a 7-eleven right opposite the hotel. And the beaded pillow is surprisingly quite good - me and my partner had one of our best sleeps with that pillow.

On contrary, the soft pillows get flat easily. Rooms can be small so if you have big luggages, you may not have the space to fully open your luggage.

Location and staff. The bed is very comfortable. The size of the room is normal for Japan.

Location is good and close to Nihombashi station and 12min. walk to Tokyo station. The room is clean too. They also have free coffee and extra toiletries provided at the front desk.

I don't have any negative comments regarding my stay.
