The accommodations and location.

The towels smelled of mildew/sweat. The Laundry and Bath Basin area smelled of mold/mildew/sweat.

It was clean and very close to Shimbashi Station. Also the location is a busy area with lots to do.

Breakfast was very light and strict but we are not local and it was likely just a different approach to breakfast.

Clean, provided all essentials. The location was perfect. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

I liked everything

The quilt is too hot, so we asked for sheets too, and moved the quilt over to half of the bad so we could put the quilt on and off at night. Room pretty hot unless we left the window open.

It was good! The staff were super polite and helpful!

I saw a lot of dust but other than that was pretty nice.

I liked the location. Being able to walk out and walk to restaurants, train stations, and local convenience stores was helpful with children.The staff was nice, friendly, and helpful. I adored that. Keep up the good work.

The room that I booked was extremely small, but I managed. After seeing how they cleaned their items in the room was not a good look. But once again, it's hardly any difference from any other hotel. So, no huge deal, I managed. There are no other issues.

This hotel is at a walkable distance among 3 subway stations, and lots of restaurants, izakaya, bars around the hotel. Good location.The simple breakfast is good enough for energy recharge.

Close to two train stations. Very friendly staff. The AC works great. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.

Very small rooms as to be expected with Tokyo. We booked a three single bed room and they had just put up a temporary bed in a two bed room leaving it to be quite cramped.

Great location, very nice hotel with great restaurants and two very convenient train/subway stations at walking distance.

Very conveniently located to the metro stations, eateries and convenience stores. The staff was attentive and helpful.

The community seating area tended to get congested between the hours of 7:30am-9:30am from people needing to check out and getting coffee/breakfast. There is only one washing machine/dryer combination machine. If someone was washing, it would be at least 2.5hrs before they were done. The beds are extra firm which made it difficult to get comfortable and after a long day of walking was hard on your back. I would suggest management look into a little softer mattress.
