Pros +
- The staff was very helpful to change my room to a quiet one , in the opposite side of the construction site. No air conditioning noise from the outside. It was very quiet at night and I sleep very well.
- I really love this hotel and will stay again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is wonderful, the location is wonderful, and the rooms are comfortable. I only wish they served lunch and dinner, too, as their breakfast is so great! There are plenty of restaurants in the area and train or subway stations are 3-10 minutes walk away. I definitely recommend staying here.
- Great location. Two subway stations blocks away made for easy exploring from the area. Super staff. Room was as described small but perfect for a single person or couple who don't spend a great deal of time in the room. Amenities were great including hand warmers for the cold night time Christmas Market across the street.
Cons -
- The beds and pillows are a little uncomfortable and firm, but that's just a personal preference and won't stop me from staying here again.
- Beds are very hard, hard by even Japan standards.
- It can be too small for couples and lacks space for luggage, this is common in Tokyo. Additionally, the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable.

I completely understand how important it is to find the right spot when traveling. The location of the hotel was truly wonderful; it felt peaceful and not overly crowded, which is a real blessing. For solo travelers, it offered a comforting atmosphere and had a fantastic area nearby, with superb places just a short walk away. Plus, having convenient metro connections made exploring the city so much easier and stress-free!

Spotlessly clean; efficient, well-designed room; excellent bag storage; quiet; very comfortable bed and pillows.
It didn't seem possible to turn off the bathroom light so it was on all night. I don't like the automated check-in procedure - it's much better checking in with a person.
A bit overrated – disappointed with the stayWe stayed at Keio Presso Inn Hamamatsucho for 5 nights and unfortunately the experience didn’t match the high reviews. The room was not as clean as expected. For three days straight, the same toothpick stayed on the floor beside the bed (in a barely visible corner), which means the room wasn’t cleaned properly. On the second day no cleaning was done at all — only the towels were changed. The remaining days were fine, but the first impressions already affected the stay. The mattress was extremely firm, the pillows were also very hard, and both me and my husband woke up with neck pain. We also developed a skin rash during our stay, which disappeared completely after we changed hotels — so we suspect there might have been bedbugs.Breakfast was okay, but the same food was served every day, definitely not as impressive as many reviews mentioned.Another difficulty was communication: only one staff member spoke English. With the rest, we had to use a translator and repeat even simple questions many times. Overall, we were frustrated that we booked based on very good reviews, because our experience was not the same. The location is good and the hotel has potential, but cleanliness and comfort really need improvement.
The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful and kind. The laundry room had modern, easy to use machines, there were lots of vending machines where I could get water and other drinks. I could buy umbrellas downstairs, although they definitely tried to simply lend me an umbrella. I love Japan, all of the people, and Tokyo is just wonderful. I'd consider myself lucky to ever stay here again. Oh, how could I forget, the breakfast was absolutely wonderful! The daily curry was my favourite but they had lots of stuff to try!
Everything was just wonderful.
It’s very clean, the staff are welcoming and professional. The room is well equipped the breakfast room is very well organized, the food is good. I liked the coffee too.
I added an extra day at arrival and the cost is much higher than what I have paid for other days I have booked.
Very nice room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. Staff extremely polite and helpful.
Nothing, everything was great.
Lived on 5F but with noisy neighbour. Called front desk and was nicely treate
Property and room were good, staff were friendly
Loud construction noise right outside your window
Comfortable bedAir conditioningSmart tv
At front desk there is a sign which mention you can leave after your luggage secured after your stay for few days, however it is not fully true. You need to have a pre-paid booking to be allowed to do that.
Location is very nice, staff is friendly. The $10 breakfast is pretty good.
Proper cleaning only once every 3 days. Having to bring a paper ticket to attend breakfast. The rooms are really tiny but I get that it's a region with very expensive real estate.
Everything was excellent. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic, and there are metro and train stations nearby, making transportation very convenient.
Location was good, had a convenience store attached to lobby. Bed was firm but really comfortable. It had a space for suitcases under the bed
Excellent location, walking distance to the Tokyo Tower, multiple metro stations and right by the holy trinity of convenience stores.
Small room size, yet comfortable enough. The bathroom is rather minuscule, if you’re a big person, this may prove to be an issue.
Hotel is near train stations, Lawson and Family Mart is right at the same place. Restaurants are at walking distance and it’s a very safe place even for us visiting Tokyo for the first time.
The room was lovely and every single person was friendly and accommodating. My train was delayed so I arrived late and there was no issue with the check in.
I couldn't figure out how to turn off the light from the bathroom. But it didn't bother me
The hotel is 8 minutes away by foot from Tokyo Tower, Zojo-Ji temple, and beautiful park connecting both. On the first floor, there was a 24/7 convenience store where you can get anything for a noght snack. Metro stations 5-8 minutes from hotel. Breakfast great value for the money - though I missed tomatoes and salmon for breakfast, but somehow, in most hotels I stayed, they don't have tomatoes. Self check in was easy - I read on the reviews that it was difficult, and it was not at all. Towels were changed daily also for me was not needed, still they did which was nice.
One thing would be nice if staff spoke better English, but their English is better than my Japanese ?
Met all expectations, staff were friendly and helpful, the 24/7 convenience store and hotel breakfast were both fantastic conveniences, would definitely stay again.
