great price and great location

check in @ 3pm is a little strict and had to go to a local capsule hotel to rest and shower

Hotel location is great - with train stations 5-8 minutes walk from the hotel. Close to restaurants and a family mart as well so it's very convenient. The hotel is in an area that is predominantly office spaces and residential blocks, so it is a quieter alternative that is still very well connected. Rooms are expectedly small, but clean and cozy - great for short, solo stays. Staff was friendly and accomodating. I wanted to extend my stay by an extra night and this was very easy to arrange at the front desk.

The room cleaning hours are between 10am-3pm - rooms will not be cleaned if you do not place your room cleaning sign before 10am, and you are unable to occupy or utilise the room during this time period. I put up the room cleaning sign only a few minutes after (10:15am) and it was deemed too late - some leniency would be much appreciated. Hotel uses a passcode for entering your room and building (between 12am-7am). Although convenient, be sure to keep a copy of your reciept showing your passcode so you don't forget, especially during front desk off-hours.

Exceptional staff service (especially Anjie). Welcome drink and evening drinks were nice.

No clothing storage in the room--a bit inconvenient to live out of a suitcase for two weeks.

The rooms here are nice - the size is good. The hotel staff are very nice. They have welcome drinks and free alcohol during certain times. They have a bookshelf of pillows you can take of varying firmness. The location is ideal for traveling to/from Haneda airport. AC is nice.

The people that work here go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and easily approachable.They all speak perfect English because I don’t know any Japanese. The metro location has direct line to Haneda airport. Many good places to eat at affordable prices. I also used the washer and dryer.

I should have stayed longer, since this room was bigger than my previous hotel and I can look out the window.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Yamanote, Subway, and monorail. You cannot go wrong with access to public transportation here. Amenities were great. Has breakfast and welcome drinks. Had coin laundry and plenty of towels daily.

Room size is quite small for a couple. If you have no luggage then it's plenty. But if you have luggage and carryon for two, it becomes quite cluttered. There are no shopping in the area. Restaurants choices are great but you will have to take the train up for any kind of shopping.

The location was very central, and there was a train station about 4 minutes away, which was super convenient when trying to go to all the major cities in Tokyo! Some days we decided to use the in-hotel breakfast, and some days we knew we were going to eat out, but the breakfast was pretty good! Most places don't open till 11, so it was great to get some food prior to us exploring for the whole day. By far, the staff and service were the best part of this place! They were also so helpful and attentive, and I would recommend staying here.

Nothing! I would only recommend upgrading to a bigger room if you want more space. My partner and I stayed in the Queen-sized room, and it was small, but we were out the whole day anyway, so it wasn't a big deal for us.

The amazing amenities to choose from, free happy hour in lobby, PJs, location was great between 2 stations, close to restaurants and food options.

Everything as advertised. Near train station which was very convenient. Near Tokyo tower as wellWhich as a dream come true lol!

Not really if it was because of a language barrier but seems like if you want to pay for late check out you still have to get up on the same day and advise them before 9am, which is kind of odd. I figured you should do it at least a day earlier like that, the guest can sleep if necessary and not have to wake up mid way and go back in the room? Maybe I misunderstood

Stayed for one night for the purpose of being close to Haneda airport. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the monorail to Haneda while also accessible to the sites in Tokyo. They offered various free personal amenities (pajamas, personal care items) and complimentary beverages in their lounge in the late afternoon/early evening. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The room was very small (even when compared with other properties we stayed at), the lighting was poor. and the door lock needed repair as it was difficult to open when leaving the room.

It was super affordable! Perfect stay for a night or two, especially if you are going to be out all day. They did luggage storage before check in and after check out which was amazing. They provided pillows and travel toiletry samples upon check in. Perfect for 2 people. Any more than 2 would have been terrible.

Tiny space! You walk in and the bed fills up the whole room. The bathroom is itty bitty. My knees almost touched the wall sitting on the toilet and the sink and shower are within arms length of the toilet. The pillow on the bed is rock solid, so pillows from check in were essential!

The light comes through the bathroom door (most of the door is a frosted clear panel) so when I got up early to get ready, it woke up my husband who wanted to keep sleeping. Having solid bathroom doors would be helpful. The bathroom was so small I kept banging into the walls.

Every corner of the hotel is thought through — tiny, charming, cozy. Just the way I like it.And then, there’s the elevator. Yes, the elevator deserves a mention. Smooth, quiet, fast — like riding a little cloud between the floors. Absolute fairytale.This wasn’t just a hotel stay. It was a memory I’ll carry with me. A place that made me feel at peace. A place that made me feel seen.If you’re thinking about booking — don’t think. Just go. Let yourself be taken care of.
