It was clean and had everything you needed. The area was also very convenient.

The bed was a little hard.

Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs and were very helpful and respectful. Multiple activities and amenities were offered including happy hour, free ramen and karaoke event on weekend nights. Lounge on the top floor was great to have a drink and enjoy the view. Hotel room and facilities were clean and well maintained.

I liked the freebies they had by the desk like face masks and things for the bath. Location to several nearby subways either 5-10 min walk depending on the needed line.

This was the most welcoming hotel that we have ever stayed. We missed the karaoke night but the wine event was nice. Many little extras make this a great hotel. The staff was so friendly. Thank you.

Room was small but expected so no big deal. Loved staying here.

overall such a nice area and not busy compared to other places, 5-10min walk to stations to get around if u dont mind. they got free ramen at night as well and overall eevryone was very friendly

The staff were very nice and had lots of fun things to do. The room was perfect for what I wanted, slightly bigger than the average room. The location was just a short walk from the station and lots of food options nearby

The breakfast was repetitive. I paid for breakfast included but I only ate it 2/4 mornings.

The bed was hard. The bed sheets and blankets were rough. I was only given one small pillow. It was not a good night sleep.

Staff was super accommodating and foreigner-friendly. I left my reading pad and laptop cover and they held it for me to receive. I really liked the fleece blanket you can ask for. It helped me sleep and was really comfortable. The area is quiet and easy to walk around. Roppongi and Ark Hills is just a short walk away. This was my favorite place to stay in Tokyo.

Nothing. No complaints.

Property is clean and 10 steps to a 7-11. Its a 5-10 minute walk (depending on walk speed) to the Chiyoda line. Chiyoda subways line is also next to a little mall with restaurants. 10-12 mins to the Ginza line. Wifi is fast. Staff is very nice.

Bed was VERY uncomfortable.

The bed is comfortable for one person, but maybe a bit too narrow for 2. The location and the building is great, and some guests have the opportunity to receive a special farewell in the form of a Japanese tradition of sparkling stones. Plus there are a lot of complimentary extras (drinks in the afternoon, coffee all day etc.)

The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, with or without the ventillation on. The non-Japanese breakfast is not too fancy.

The locations was great and 7/11 right next door. The staff were so friendly and sociable, and helped a lot with local recommendations. The fun free amenities were fantastic, loved the free drink/social time and ramen. The Japanese breakfast was so so so yummy!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean, everything smelled nice, everyone staff was smiling and nice.

Everything was perfect, I had no issues with anything during my stay.
