    Pros +

    • Great facilities. The onsen, particularly.
    • Excellent hotel. Very clean. Good location. Close to multiple train lines.Friendy staff.
    • Great location between Tokyo station and Akihabara so great for exploring. Kanda Metro station is right next to the hotel. There is also a 7-Eleven there. Separate male/female onsen baths on the 12th floor. Free ramen every evening. Clean, comfortable and decent-sized rooms.

    Cons -

    • Our bed was like a board. Much too hard. Restful sleep was difficult.
    • Price seems to be mid-range. Expect to pay a bit more for a hotel with great location and onsen baths. Shower and toilet area is a bit small. But there is a separate sink and many amenities in the room.
    • The only thing I'd say is more pillows are needed on the beds.

I loved the spa, really good buffet Japanese breakfast. The room was larger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Easy access to metro.

The location was fantastic, bath was amazing, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, amenities went above and beyond expectations, 100% would stay here again

The only thing I'd say is more pillows are needed on the beds.

Great location and breakfast buffet! Friendly, professional, helpful staff.

Location is next to the entrance of Kanda Train Station.

The hotel was in a good location and was clean. The staff was polite. The ramen in the evening was a nice treat.Breakfast was OK; not as extensive as some of the other hotels we stayed at while in Japan.

They charged us for checking in early (we got there 45 min prior). The room was ready (our luggage that we had forwarded was already in the room). Then when we got to the room it was VERY small. We would have had a piece of luggage at the end of our bed because of the lack of floor space (we had two large suitcases, 2 carry-ons suitcases and two backpacks). We were traveling with 4 other parties who all paid a similar rate but got much larger rooms. When I requested a change, they charged me for a larger room. The larger room was very nice. It wouldn't have irritated me so much except that my other family members all got larger rooms without being upcharged. Also if you want a bath (not onsen), this hotel only has showers.

Great location, next to the station. Very comfortable and low key. Breakfast offerings were good, especially freshly made hot or cold soba and tempura. We also enjoyed the noodle offering at night as well.Nice bonus to enjoy the onsen after a long day of sightseeing.Staff was also very accommodating to our questions as they all spoke some english.

Onsen was nice, free noodles was nice, great location

Rooms were a little small but ok

    10TristanPosted on: 11-27-2025

This is a great hotel. Simple business-style layout with a top-quality onsen. Kanda had a lot of great places to eat at all times of the day. Well worth the extra coin and the need to book well in advance for availability. We had a twin room with plenty of space.

    10BRENDANPosted on: 11-23-2025

We found all of the additional amenities: hotel breakfast, late night noodles, and spa really added to our experience. While it's slightly more expensive compared to other business hotels in the area, we found these made the experience much more comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good onsen & it supplementary and location

Some staff doesnt nice and support us.

    9KapoPosted on: 11-7-2025

The location is good, right next to the Ginza line Kanda station exit 6. Expected standard from Dormy Inn, onsen, nightly ramen and ice cream after onsen.

The breakfast did not have a lot of choices, although they had tempuras and wheat noodles. It was inexpensive, ¥2,000

    9JuliPosted on: 10-24-2025

The staff was very efficient and friendly. The baths and snacks were very good.

The breakfast could have been better - could have used more variety since we stayed 3 nights and the same items were there EVERY day.

    10DieterPosted on: 10-18-2025

Excellent public paths which are open every night and morning. Accepts luggage forwarding both to and from the hotel. English speaking staff and automated machines for check-in and check-out. They are happy to swap new linens, PJs, and refresh the room with new water bottles(!) every day. They were able to hold our luggage after check out, and also brought our forwarded luggage to our room before we even arrived at the hotel. Finally, the pillows were notably firm, but we still slept well.

We saw some mold on the wall of the women’s indoor bath. It didn’t seem major but we stuck to the outdoor bath area.

Amazing location, very near multiple subway lines and very central in Tokyo.

    9timt_1Posted on: 10-3-2025

Great location, walking distance to Akihabara, and can access the rest of Tokyo via the Tokyo train network as hotel located conveniently to multiple lines. Rooms size was very good with space of 3 large luggage's and pram. We also enjoyed their inclusions of noodles for supper and ice cream/yakult. The Spa was a great way to wind down at the end of the day.

    10AmandaPosted on: 9-9-2025

Amazing facilities and amenities, including the onsen, buffet-style breakfast, and late night ramen service. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

    10RhoderickPosted on: 7-31-2025

Love the amenities. Super like the onsen experience. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet surroundings. Staff were very courteous, helpful and accommodating.

    Nothing to not like.
