Best location, bed big enough for two people, clean, cozy, nice, surprisingly affordable, just perfect!

The location and ease of access

I stayed with two people and only got one key. Wish they were able to give two for a two person room

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's located right next to a 7-Eleven, which was incredibly convenient, and is also very close to the train station in the heart of Ikebukuro. The room size was good for Tokyo standards. I highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling who plans to explore various districts using the train. After long days of sightseeing, it was a relief to have just a short walk back to the room.

The location was ideal. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The room temperature was a bit warm.

It's a fantastic hotel to stay in Tokyo! It's highly convenient! It's a five to seven minute walk to the train station, there's a 7-Eleven on the first floor, a Denny's on the second floor, a 24-hour restaurant around the corner, so many great food options nearby. If you're a fan of anime/manga, the largest Animate in the world is just a three-minute walk from the hotel! Everything you could need is a short stroll away. The staff is friendly, the hotel room is kept clean when you place the magnet to request cleaning, there are endless amenities that you don't need to bring any! If you're staying long, you can even do your laundry there. Great price point for what you get. Highly recommend staying here!

Just wish you didn't have to pay extra when you check out late. Otherwise, love everything else!

It has a great location, everything was clean and has the Dennys from downstairs as their breakfast supplier (if the breakfast included service was booked)

Excellent location

They used to have the best body lotion, but now the past few stays at Centurion Hotels haven’t included that amenity.

Right by the station. Convenience store at the front entrance. Denny's on the second floor. Beds were comfortable.

The room was worn. While clean, there was a fair amount of staining on the carpet and linens. 3rd "bed" was a foot rest with sheets on it.

The location was great it was close to so many great shopping places and restaurants . Dennys was on the second floor and a 7 eleven was connected. I will stay here again.

Rooms were not equipped with enough lights

I know Ikebukuro fairly well. The Centurion was close to the station and very convenient. The room size was one of the larger we enjoyed during our 12 day stay in Japan.

Unfortunately, one of the two elevators was being repaired during part of our stay so that was a little inconvenient. The Breakfast at Denny's was fine, I guess but I am accustomed to the buffet sort of offering where you can go back and get more food if you wish. But the food was good, and the service was fine, so I have no real complaints.

Hotel staff were very accommodating and kind. The amenities were incredible - having a washer/dryer in the lobby was very convenient. The location was ideal - very close to many restaurants and shops as well as the JR and subway lines.

Location is fantastic, it's close to the station and places to shop. I like to buy anime merch, and this spot is right by the large Animate. I've stayed at a couple of hotels in the area before and this one was the best. They provide supplies in the lobby, such as a robe for pajamas, and there's a microwave and washer/dryer. I asked the front desk to make change for me to use the washer/dryer and they did so kindly. Japanese hotels tend to be small but I found this was slightly roomier than others I've been in (at least enough space to open two suitcases fully)

Only a few washer/dryers :( The dryer was also weak.

Easily fit three people into the room for almost a week, and this was with all the shopping we had done (>100kg). Staff were always helpful, polite, and professional. The location is excellent too. Definitely recommend!

The rubbish bins in the hotel rooms are both small in size and have small openings, so they filled quickly + were not easy to drop trash into. Also, the dryer still leaves clothes damp even if we did more than the one 30min cycle and put in <3kg. We had to hang our clothes around the room (they have a clothes rack which was very helpful).

Liked that it was close to everything.

We had to change our plans because of my girlfriend's injury to her ankle and her job. So we had to make changes a couple of times for each situation and unfortunately we had to check out and check in to another room and had to pay extra to check out later to get another room

Loved the hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Amazing central location too!

Rooms were a bit small and cramped but it wasn’t too bad

The location was really good right near Ikebukuro station. The staff were awesome and accommodating. I had an issue with my first room and they were very apologetic and moved me quickly to another room as soon as one was ready. The new room was perfect. The service was excellent and the girls working the counter were super nice.

Centrally located, short walk from the JR station. Friendly staff and located above a konbini. Would consider again on future trips to Tokyo.

Typical business hotel room sizes. Not a negative but something to be aware of. Given price of the rooms and the area, this is to be expected.
