location, close to train station

If you’re arriving via Haneda Airport, simply take the monorail and get off at Hamamatsucho Station. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk away. Clean room, nice staff & excellent soundproofing of room.

The staff is polite and friendly, room is clean and functional. the location is near where I need to go.

It is accessible to transportation and coffee experience was outstanding.

No breakfast

The staff was extremely kind. You could tell they really cared about the experience of guests from the hand-drawn signs and information to the “buffet” of toiletries and snacks. Thank you so much!

Good location next to a convenience store and restaurants around the area. Walking distance to train stations that link you to both Haneda and Narita airport as well as to other part of Tokyo. Room is small but clean.

Ewww, beware women! So Japan is really really hyper masculine culturally. The very convenient Family Mart attached to the hotel had a horrible petty man working there who was not nice at all. Watch out solo traveling women, super creepy!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Family mart was connected to the hotel lobby so that was convenient. We had our room cleaned once and was impressed on how the tidy and neat the room was. Water was provided at this location daily which was appreciated as some hotels only offer one bottle during the whole stay. All the extra toiletries were available to take near the hotel reception and in front of the elevators.

Location is great, close to Daimon/Hamamatsucho station, lots of restaurants around the area, easy to get around. Convenient store right at the hotel front door.

This place is awesome, the neighborhood is quiet and near the daimon station and hamamatsu station so perfect for roaming around entire tokyo plus, very near ginza, i love that the people working here are so accommodating and friendly really?? good room size, very clean?? near shopping center and 200m away from the station to go to the airport so perfect ?? big plus a family mart down the hotel

Great amenities, amazing room layout, absolutely perfecto location with a family mart in the same building. Quiet area while still being very central and very well connected - wished we could've stayed longer!

They don't have a water fountain or give out water bottles.

Really great location, you have easy access to various metro lines (one of which brings you most major spots you’d want to visit), and direct trains to both international airports!The best part though was the staff! Super friendly, helpful, able to communicate in English, and flexible!

Nothing to complain about. The rooms could be bigger, but we found them to be Japanese standard.

Location was good, staff was friendly. 5 minutes to the train station and underground. Room was okay size for me but for a couple it might be on the small side
