Pros +
- Great location and excellent price!
- comfortable bed, kind reception, welcome
- Good location, nice amenities provided in lobby
Cons -
- The warmest hotel room ive ever stayed in, could not sleep. Staff told us the temperature was controlled by them for each floor. Extremely uncomfortable sleeping conditions as a result
- The facility is pretty destroyed and dirty. My toilet had stains on the seat upon arrival and the bathroom was not clean, there were grime and crust everywhere. The room was drenched in an artificial fabric spray that was too potent and gave me a headache. The breakfast was not good either.
- I would have been better if the smoke room was cleaned more often. With the customers from the adjacent restaurant, probably, the cigarette receptacle was always full. Also, the breakfast restaurant could do a better job cleaning tables faster after customers are gone.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Location was great. The room was clean, too.

The location is pretty good, close to Kanda JR station. It is a work area where salaryman go and eat so you do have some places to eat. It's also close to Kikanbo Ramen, the best ramen i have tried during my trips to Japan!
Staff is friendly and helpful. Bed was very clean.
Room was somewhat unappealing. The walls had lots of stains and shower curtain had a small stain.
Excellent location, very clean accommodation, and extremely friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
The lobby offered a lot of free amenities, such as razors, tea, bath salts, toothbrushes, etc. Offers washer/dryer for guests for a fee. There is no need to buy detergent, as the washer automatically provides this. The property is also located a couple blocks away from eateries and a popular ramen place among locals. The property is fairly close to convenient stores ( two Lawson Station, one 7/11) and is in good walking distance to Kanda Station.
Small room for what you pay, but it is Japanese size.
It was in a great location. Very close to two train stations and many convenience stores.
Everything was perfect
Great location for exploring Tokyo. Close to transit, restaurants and only 30 minutes from Haneda airport by transit
This was a great hotel to use as a base for exploring Tokyo - clean, comfortable, close to transit
I like how close it was to the station and was in the middle of what is a food district, giving me a lot of options for meals, also all of the big 3 convenience stores and a coin laundry a block away.
Lots of amenities, even pajamas
Rooms are too tiny and no space for luggage
Convenient place. Less than 5mins walk to train station so moving my large luggage was no issue. A couple of blocks away from Lawson, on a street with many restaurants. Let me store my luggage after checkout. Great experience with lovely staff. Plenty of amenities.
Location and service both were great
Room was rather small + a step required to get into the bathroom. Although instructions are provided where to get the foot step, it would've been nicer if it's placed in the room when we checkin
Close to the metro station and walkable distance to the center and akihabara.
Have all the facilities you needed such as soap, shampoo, hair curling iron, pajamas, towels, face mask, cleansing oil, face lotion, hair dryer, ice making machine etc
The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was easy to get to from the airport and only a few minutes walk from the metro station.
The bathtub had high sides and no grab bars on the wall which made it difficult to get into and out of.
The restaurant that is located just beside the hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect
The bedroom was small, and the tv wasn’t located in front of your bed which was a little uncomfortable to watch some tv, specially in the night when after a long day you can relax yourself with some Netflix show
