The property was nice and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an amenities bar on the second floor (lobby) and had everything you need for your stay if you forgot something.

The location of the hotel was what I wanted, easy access to touristy places , but with relaxed vibes. The hotel was having connectivity with Daimon Station, Hamamatsucho, and Oraimon Station - providing you access to almost all the places with 1-2 line change which is a very plus.Other than that, it is a standard Tokyo hotel, so no complaint as such - was as expected.
Nothing that the hotel can do. Room sizes were small, but that is standard in Tokyo. So, no complaint.
The property was in a great location, many places to eat around and close to train stations. the beautiful Tokyo tower in the background is an added bonus.

The walls were a little thin, I could quietly hear another rooms morning alarm go off. The toilet flushing and refilling was very loud even with the door closed. It woke you up if someone flushed in the middle of the night.
Location is great for Tokyo Tower and nearby gardens. Very nice staff, held our bags pre and post stay and gave us umbrellas to use for the day.
No room safe?
A nice stay in Tokyo. The shiba park area is a quieter part of the city, which we liked. This hotel had everything we needed when we weren’t out exploring the city.
Clean, safe, cozy. Staff was kind and efficient. Close to train station and Tokyo Tower. Free coffee in lobby.

Second leg of my stay the room was less comfortable, the toilet seat wasn’t warm/hot this time and the room didn’t have a wardrobe/cabinet like it did the forst time
Located in a quiet place. 2 min walk to the metro and 2 station to Ginza. Many good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is at Starbucks at the first floor. Rooms are clean and staff are very friendly.

I loved it so darn much that I would recommend it to all of my friends and loved ones because of the great location, beautiful atmosphere ,and super friendly and nice staff. Highly reccommened for a trip to tokyo
