    Pros +

    • The proximity to downtown tokyo
    • Love hotel experience. Unique stay, rooms include private jacuzzi and sauna. You'll need translator app, as staff is Japanese speaking.
    • There was a lot of space, the bathroom was clean and big and location was close to bus stop to take you back to the train station which is uphill if you don't want to hike uphill. I would go again in a non smoking room.

    Cons -

    • A bit of a language barrier but once you tell them you have a reservation in japanese they really try to help
    • You'll have to interact often with staff to open your apartment door when going to your room (no key card system). Not a big issue though!!
    • Late 9 pm check-in, but hotel will hold your bags on the day of check-in. Sour to your too Is unlocked by staff, when you come in, remotely. You do not carry a key card.

Love hotel located in Meguro, 7 minutes walk from the JR line. Many coffee shops, restaurants and walk along the riverside. Tea kettle and microwave, whirlpool bath and mini infrared sauna in a dated but comfortable room.

Late 9 pm check-in, but hotel will hold your bags on the day of check-in. Sour to your too Is unlocked by staff, when you come in, remotely. You do not carry a key card.

The location and easy access to a train station, as well as convenience stores nearby. The sauna was a very interesting touch as well as the jacuzzi, bed was extra comfortable and lots of free toiletries, fridge, microwave for that 7eleven a block away.

You could tell some things weren’t extremely clean but the overall atmosphere was. For example before leaving I check underneath the bed to see if I forgot something which i almost did. Lots of dust and previous items left from past bookings underneath the bed. Some build of of debris or dirt in the fan. This is being nit picky but thats what stood out on the negative side.

Wide and comfortable room and bathroom with diverce cosmetics. I had sauna in the room, but I didn't use it.

Windows - too high and too small, but I could open it and make air in the room more fresh.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! The rooms are very clean, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable – the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The location is ideal: very accessible and perfectly connected with public transport, making it easy to reach any part of the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, peaceful, and convenient stay in a vibrant city!

The bed is king size and the bathroom is nice and big. The room had a cool little sauna.

The hotel is obviously still a love hotel, so there's that. It's not a fancy hotel, but it is functional... Well, we had the power go out from 7am to 11am which was a pretty big inconvenience. We didn't know about it until we got there. Check in is also pretty late. It's at 9pm. Luckily, you can store your luggage there.

The receptionist didn’t give me any instructions/information regarding the room door system. (You have to call number 9 with the room telephone, she’ll answer the phone and unlock the room for you) So I found myself locked inside the room not knowing how to get out. kinda scary - especially in a room with no proper windows.

Location is nice, room very clean, and bed was comfortable.

Lack of smart TV, but fairly common thing to not have at hotel in Japan.

Location is good and there was parking

Staff seemed to hate foreign people. Made me feel unwelcome and unsafe. I do not recommend

Room was very spacy with a lot on the bathroom side (it's a love hotel after all) : big bathtub and various equipments. Also comfortable bed and sofa. The location is really good being close to multiple places in Tokyo considering that Meguro is connected to the Yamanote Line. The Meguro station however is reasonably uphill compared to the hotel that is on the Meguro riverbank so it can be a hindrance.Staff is considerate to international visitors even if that's not the main aim of the place as you still can leave your luggage before the stay if needed.

As obvious as it may be, one has to be aware when booking that this is not a resort but a love hotel with the specific way to run the place (closed room, no key, call to front desk for going out). It's a not a good or bad thing, it's just how it is but it's best to know before booking. I would not advise to pick such a place for a long stay though

The level amenities is UNPARALLELED. Private sauna. Curling iron, blow dryer, 6 steps of skin care routine, all the bath goodies, hair tonic, -- you name it. A fully en suite room, in this location, at this price? Incredible. When you're used to staying 11sqm business hotels in Tokyo, this is absolute luxury.

The lack of a key system is quite confusing for people not using it as a love hotel but a regular stay. I'm not sure how to re-enter the room but I'm sure the staff could help if asked. For discretionary reasons, they make it self-check in/check out system.

    10PrineshanPosted on: 12-11-2024

The room was clean, huge, bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was good and the sauna work well. Heaps of amenities and friendly staff. The check in process was very easy and the staff were prepared for me when I got there.

    8AlicePosted on: 9-27-2024

The staff was professional, and definitely as love hotel, they give you privacy. Room was spacious and good. Also theres a sauna in the room. like that's a bonus if you enjoy good sauna before a bubble bath :> for first time experiencing love hotel, I enjoyed the stay and how comfortable the bed and pillows were! also amount of light adjustments you could do... :)) If you don't know what love hotel is about, def check YouTube vids out and to know what you are expecting... or you will be disappointed

The hair styler didn't work :( (I let the receptionist know)also it is down hill/up hill so I recommend to only visit if you don't have lot of luggage (mine was sent to my next destination using Takkyubin)

    8CraigPosted on: 8-28-2024

Clean comfortable room and great size bed.

    9IrinaPosted on: 8-18-2024

The room is big, toilet is in separate room and shower (shower with jacuzzi bath) is in separate room also. There are 3 taps with sinks: (1) to wash hands after toilet, (2) for cosmetics and (3) in the mini-kitchen. There is also sauna in another separate room.

No wardrobe. The staff is hiding in the closed room. It is "love hotel", but we are just foreign tourists and if I wanted to ask a question - it was difficult to get them. When I tried to ask (by google translate) - they know nothing about trains, local flights or any info for tourists. There is no touristic help. I think these are the rules of "love hotels".

Location, staff, bed, bathroom and shower.

Could have been a little cleaner.

We stayed here on our last night in Tokyo, we were leaving at 6am the next morning and knew we'd be out most of the day so thought it was the perfect time to try out a stay at a love hotel. We were able to leave our luggage with them which was helpful as check in is not till 9pm. The phone thing is unusual but have to expect a difference in things when using a love hotel - we actally didn't go in and out of the hotel apart from to leave our luggage and then to check in around 11pm/check out so not sure if the phone thing gets annoying. The building itself is iconic. And the price is very good. Staff were friendly. We went for lunch at the pizza spot around the corner and it's a nice walk down the river to Daikan-Yama or along to Ebisu for dinner/drinks. I'm happy we stayed here but not sure I'd stay again.

We got a little nervous as to whether we would be charged extra for certain things/products as it was so well stocked. But as we didn't really have time/need to use anything, didn't invesitgate further. (The mini bar is clearly labelled of course). This was the only hotel they felt quite worn and little unclean

Very clean, nice, comfy bed, the room also have jacuzzi and sauna in the room

You don’t have keys and you need to get permission to go in every time which looks a bit dodgy. Everybody can say that they are in this room and The the sofa was disgusting. I couldn’t sit on it.
