APA Hotel Roppongi Ekimae

Very nice accommodations and value for the price. Very clean and nice room.

No hotel shuttle to the airport. The railway is close so you can take the shuttle from there or you can walk to the Grand Hyatt and take the bus Limo from there. Its about a 10 to 15 munte walk but easy to find.

Location was great

Stains on wallpaper and rug. Counter tops, bathroom and linen were clean

Check in and out process was very easy and they give you new towels everyday also the location.

Room very small and there was hair on the bed and the pillow looked used but they did give us a new no questions asked.

You can’t use Bidet toilet seat if you are overweight Be carefull the space inside the bathroom is very small

Quick check-in with APA card. Good location to main Roppongi treets, bars and restaurants, with convenience store nearby (Famima). Very comfy bed and pillows. Usual facilities in bathroom. Wifi - easy log on and good speed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean.

The rooms are very small, not ideal for 2 people.

room smelled smoke a bit even though it was a nonsmoking room. staff changed my room, but there was not that much difference, so that went to minus for Cleanliness

- Noise: This so-called "business" hotel seems to actually be a love hotel. Every night, drunk couples come in to do the deed, and you can hear everything in the hallway.- Elevator: There is only one elevator for the entire hotel. It’s absurd. Sometimes you have to wait several minutes just to get to your room or leave. They even have “rush hour” warnings posted and ask you to plan when you get to your room. Is this a joke?- Staircase: The staircase is blocked, so you are forced to take the elevator. There are stairs, but they’re behind the emergency exit. Why not keep them open so guests can use the stairs instead of waiting 5 minutes for the single elevator shared by hundreds of guests?- Space: There is no space to put your luggage. The bed is high from the floor, so technically there should be space to put things underneath, but it’s blocked off by a wooden slab. I thought the Japanese were masters of space efficiency — but not at this APA Hotel.- Price: There is nothing luxurious about this APA Hotel. It is completely overpriced.

Very clean, great location, friendly staff.

The rooms are small but perfectly formed. No space for more than one suitcase and no wardrobe:na typical business hotel, which was fine, but even though the rooms are no smoking, 3 rooms we tried smelt of tobacco, and one those was very strong. We had to change rooms but even the final rooms had some stale cigarette odor. This is especially not good when the room is stuffy before the aircon is put on after returning to the room.

Size of the rooms vey small no plate to keep big bags. And no clothes place to wash.

Good location. APA has certain standard which I like. Big TV with Internet and YouTube and other apps is huge benefit

Wifi - you need to find it in the TV and it is actually in Japanese. So no wifi.

Modern, clean hotel and great location for quite a few tourist options. Local trains very nearby. Goof foodie options nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, the check-in was simple. Although it is strange that they still require you to fill up check-in forms by hand when the information was already available during electronic reservation.

The breakfast was actually a ticket to an in-hotel restaurant, and the price was very high and not worth it.

Even though we were unable to fully use the facilities the staff (management) was flexible even though we made a late c/i, thank you. English training needed for younger team members

A bit far to central points in tokyo

It had everything I needed and no frills! The staff was also extremely nice and very helpful!

The room was a bit small so hard to open luggage but overall was still comfortable and great for one person!

The first room I stayed was not very good bed as saggy but they moved me to another one the second day it was better. Small rooms for the price if you add 50-100 bucks you could stay with a solid one
