    • THE Staff

    Cons -

    • The physical location is right on the edge, if not outside, the Ginza district and is still at least 1 km from the shopping and popular area. Also, the hotel advertised in room services for massages that they did not actually provide or set up for you
    • The bed was extremely uncomfortable
    • Quite outdated facility

Very nice view of the city and Sumida river. Roomier side for hotels in Tokyo

    Quite outdated facility

Great views from the hotel and typical Japanese breakfast included. Location close to Ginza.

I had a room this time that was a bit dated. Scratches everywhere and you could feel that someone had been smoking there before (non-smoking room).

This hotel was amazing! Super clean and comfortable rooms. Amazing views of Tokyo. Convienience stores and restaurants in the same building. We had a great stay at this hotel.

There is a ten minute walk to the station. This was totally fine for us but something to keep in mind in case you shop a lot or have a lot of bags to carry.

We enjoyed the beautiful views that our room provided. We even saw Mount Fuji one clear day at sunset.

We had two rooms and both smelled of cigarette smoke.

    Staff were incredibly kindly

This place was dated and everything in it was incredibly worn, yellowed, stained, peeling. The bathroom was gross with cracks and mildew.

A view from the room. The room is reasonably spacious. The location is close enough to Ginza.

Early check-in fee is too expensive. I tried to check in just one hour earlier - according to the front desk staff, the fee is $10,500 so I gave up and changed my clothes in the grand floor restroom which was rather small. I understand charging the early check-in fee for people check in, say, 11am. There should be a room available if just one hour before the “official” check-in time…

Staff were efficient and helpful. The view from the room was spectacular, and there was a bench built into the window where you could sit and look out. The beds were comfortable. The room temperature was good. There are two convenience stores and a few restaurants in the shopping area downstairs.

The location was not too far from Tokyo station, however it was not the easiest to get to when travelling with luggage - it involved catching 2 metros, or one metro and quite a walk.

    The window view is beautiful.

    1. Some senior staff not as friendly.2. Need to walk quite a distance to Tsukiji.

    Very quiet hotel

AC filters were very dirty on my room, AC never really worked thankfully it is autumn so it didn’t heat up that much

Great room size, great location, amazing Japanese style breakfast, great staff, great view, comfortable bed.

    All was good

    8Maria E.Posted on: 11-8-2025

The views were increíble, the room had a good size

The pillows were too hard, and the staff was kind but couldn’t help much because they only spoke Japanese.

    Nothing as such

    8LenkaPosted on: 10-24-2025

The view from the room is stunning. When you book a breakfast, the view is great as well. The room was spacious, unfortu

I loved the charm of the building and the room. The size was very nice! And the view was gorgeous.

The bathroom tub could’ve been deep cleaned a little bit more. There was a bit of build up under the soap tray.

    10JulianPosted on: 10-15-2025

The location is excellent, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! I was lost trying to find the entrance, which was far from where I was, and they came to pick me up and take me to the hotel.

    4GermanPosted on: 10-14-2025

The view from the room is breathtaking

I made the reservation and by mistake I chose a smoking one. Well, worst experience ever in a hotel of this category. The smell was extremely bad, the carpet was discolored and disgusting. The sink didn’t work. Everything was yellow. The staff informed that the hotel was booked so they couldn’t do anything. But besides my mistake, everything looked old, the halls were dirty, the walls also. Nothing like a 5 star hotel

    Nice quiet location

A little expensive for an older facility. Humidity in the hallway and room.
