Rembrandt Style Tokyo Nishikasai

Staff was nice. They provided a free shuttle to Disneyland.

Our non-smoking room smelt like a dirty old ashtray. The entire floor - which was supposed to be non-smoking, smelt like stale smoke. Windows cannot be opened for fresh air either.

The staff was always courteous, willing to help, and spoke English well. The neighborhood was nice-- Several good restaurants nearby, a 24-hour convenience store across the street, and a <2 minute walk to the Nishi-Kasai Metro Station. Breakfast was good.

Can't say I didn't like anything-- Though the room was more-compact compared to American-standards and could see where potential guests might complain about that, it was still more than I needed for my trip. Good for smash-and-grab, short business trips.

Hotel is right next to the Subway Station, like a 1 minute walk away which is very convenient. There's a McDonald's and a Mister Donut right around the corner. Everything is provided in the rooms as well ie. Razors, toothbrushes and paste and etc!

Room was small, but definitely livable for a week.

The first night when I arrived the bed was full of hair and felt like someone already used the bed , Room was extremely cold and air-condition did not work, WiFi was low , I did not feeling comfortable during my stay at this hotel . The staff were nice and friendly.

Staff were good and helpful. Tons of shops and restaurants around the building, train station is a 3 minute walk. 30 minute train ride to tokyo station

Sound seems to travel easy within the rooms, can easily hear people. Theres also no curfew, but likely just other tourists being loud and inconsiderate, that havent really gotten Japanese culture of respect and not being annoying to other people

Amazing stay . They even upgraded our room for which we are super grateful. Very well behaved and polite staff . They made us feel like home .

The staff was extremely kind and provided us assistance with a phone call when we didn’t have a Japanese phone number and urgently needed assistance with the car rental booking. The downsides were a relatively small room for two and staying in a smoking room / floor (maybe you can ask for a non smoking one), but the staff and service provided to us was great!

I like that the location is very accessible. It is very near the train and convenience stores. There is also GU and ABC store 7 minutes away from the location of the hotel. The staff are also very nice and they clean our room everyday.

The room is quite small which I think is pretty common to hotels in japan. Though the food is nice, the restaurant serves the same food everyday. We got the breakfast buffet for 9 days and got the same food everyday. Hope they could change the menu every other day.

The location was good, close to metro station and shops. The breakfast buffet was so delicious. All the staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The only thing that I can say is the room was very tight and small. But it's what you expect for the price of it.

The staff were so polite and helped us ship our luggage so that we wouldn’t have to carry it. They even kept it for us. The cleaning staff was also wonderful and considerate. The room was cozy and we had the necessities. For the price I think it was great.

The room had a slight cigarette smell but it wasn’t too bad. Also, I don’t think that you could control the thermostat in the room as I tried to but the lowest stayed at 18C. It would have been nice to be able to control the temperature.

The room is very small and the aircon wasn’t working well. Make sure about the dimensions of the room. For a short stay is okay

The hotel was in walking distance to many convenience stores, the Nishi-Kasai station and local eateries. The staff were helpful upon check in and check out.

There weren’t any major issues with this hotel! The only thing for us as non-smokers was that we could still smell the smoke from lower levels which were smoking levels.

Friendly Staff, they helped me with some inconveniences that I got. They were polite and very professional. A real pleasure.Best location, 2min from the subway station, 1 min from a lot of convenience store.Clean, The rooms were cleaned.They even gave us coupon for breakfast, the buffet is amazing with a lot of choice of food and drinks.

breakfast is very good, but for a customer from Asia. 4 kinds of soups, seaweed, some fish, disgusting scrambled eggs from powder, rice, lots of additives. But a customer from Europe has nothing to eat. Only some toast, margarine and jams in plastic packages. Bad coffee from the coffee machine. The location is good though. Close to the metro station. 5 minutes to the station, 15 minutes by metro to Nihombashi. Far, but around Nishi Kasai station there are a lot of places to shop and eat. Inexpensive. Just remember that not every metro stops at this station. Some of them are so-called "rapid" and they don't stop at Nishi Kasai station.

The fact that the rooms are small shouldn't surprise anyone, but unfortunately it's an old hotel. My bathroom had a cracked sink, an old bathtub. It wasn't pleasant. There's no wardrobe in the room, and one wardrobe with a drawer doesn't allow for a longer stay.

the toilet is smelling and it seems leaking. anyone can take the elevator to go up without need a card to open it.
