Fantastic location 4 minute walk from sky tree oshiage station. Beautiful room very clean staff is very friendly

For the price ur paying, everything is extremely clean and well-maintained, plus it is just 5 minutes away from the nearest train station (im not sure if its jr or what)

Location, it was in a quiet area, very accessible. Subway was only a short two minute walk.

The bed was hard

We had the King room which was very large for Tokyo standards. We enjoyed the design of the hotel, as well as the pastries in the lobby.

Location is great if you don't want to be in the epicenter of tokyo's nightlife. You can walk to sky tree where you can also find several food options. It's close to 2 subway lines that can get you to all the hotspots in Tokyo fairly quickly

Location couldn’t have been better. It’s located at quiet part of Tokyo but so convenient as the nearest station has direct trains to Shibuya and Haneda/Narita airport. The room itself is so well-designed, everything is ergonomic & functional. The bedding is really comfy and ample space for luggages should you leave them under the bed.

I wish they have room with bath tub or at least public bath for true Japanese experience

Cleanliness, staff services, lounge with coffee and food

The hotel is conveniently located within 3 minutes from Tokyo Skytree Oshiage metro station. It has a relaxed atmosphere with a lobby on the ground floor where guests can grab a snack or drink and play board games. Breakfast is served 7-10 am and consusts of fresh pastries and bread. The staff is warm and hospitable & did everything to make our stay comfortable. The roof terrace offers amazing views of Tokyo!

Nothing, it was perfect!

Loved the design of the hotel and the rooftop. The industrial inspired look is amazing. The rooms are large and the social area is amazing

The beds were a bit on the hard side but I don’t mind that

It’s convenient for everything. There’s a supermarket across the street, restaurants next to the building, and it’s a 3–5 minute walk to the subway and the SkyTree tower. Plus, there’s a stunning view from the rooftop.

The location was really nice and it was fun to be next to the sky tree shopping center and subway. The staff were also super helpful and helped us look into arranging ordering a jacket and having a hotel. It was very nice to have an area to hang out in the lobby, play games, and eat food from the grocery store.

We found the room to be quite small and the toilet in our room was malfunctioning.

Loved everything about it! The staff were nice and they always greet you with a smile. They were so helpful with all our inquiries.Couldn't be more satisfied. The location was so convenient. So close to the mall, restaurants and subway station.

The room could be a little bit more bigger.. but it's not a big deal. Would love for the hotel to upgrade their tv's to smart tv.

The location was perfect for me. I didn’t want to stay somewhere too crowded or right next to major tourist spots, but I still wanted convenience and easy access to the station. One @ Tokyo by INNSOMNIA turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. The hotel is surrounded by a 7-Eleven, supermarkets, and a shopping mall, which made everything so convenient.Besides the great location, I really enjoyed the hotel facilities. The 24/7 lounge buffet with tea, coffee, and unlimited delicious bread was such a nice touch, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. My room also had great storage space and a tall ceiling, which made it feel more spacious and comfortable.If you're looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay, this hotel is a great choice!

We had a great stay at ONA@Tokyo. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and many attractions, which made getting around Tokyo very convenient.The hotel was clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided.

The only downside was that the room was quite small, but this is understandable for Tokyo and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Close to skytree and station, has yoshinoya next door, free breakfast bread and coffee, friendly staff

Laid back, friendly staff, clean, good location

Room is a bit big and clean. They serve pastry, bread, snack and drink 24hr. I like butter croissant and beef. Near tokyo sky tree, solamachi and oshiage sta.

Location. It was near the subway. Area is also quiet compared to the some other locations in Tokyo. Right near the sky tree which was nice.

The TV doesn’t connect to Netflix, etc. You can only watch Japanese cable.

I like the design and decor of the property. I like the main lobby facilities and the bathroom.

The bed was very very hard and uncomfortable. We had a hard time sleeping.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly! Warm toilet seat! I didn't know I needed that. It was a surprise everytime!

I'm missing a scarf. Thought maybe it was deep in my bags. But from the second day there ,I couldn't find it and wasn't in my bags.
