Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Urayasu Brighton hotel. The hotel offered shuttle bus to and from Disney and Disney sea frequently throughout the day. The room was decent sized. The location was good with a lots of restaurants and bakeries around.

The carpet was a bit stained, but not too bad. There is an interesting puzzle looking furniture in the that can be made into a king sized bed. But I wish it can be converted back to a couch for families who don't need the extra bed.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms with nice amenities. Friendly staff and great access to transit stations.

It is near the train station and it has a shuttle to Disney parks. Freindly staff and beautiful spacious rooms for a family of 4.Price is fair.

We did not try the breakfast as we opted to purchase outside food. However location was very convienent for anyone traveling leisurely or for business. Hotel is close to train station, wide variety of convenience stores/malls/shops around hotel within walking distance, and hotel provides shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disney Sea for Disney enthusiasts. The hotel also has takkyubin services with Yamato and Air Transporter which is a plus. It allows the traveler the convenience of transferring their luggage(s) between hotels without the worry of carrying it on the crowded trains.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

We did not book our room including breakfast, so paid for breakfast one morning. Not worth the money we paid and therefore during our stay did not eat there again.

The staff were excellent when the earthquake happened, they were very calm and reassuring.

If you wanted to use the pool you have to pay $50nzd.

Great location. Disney shuttle was really convenient. Very close access to convenience store, grocery, food places and train station near by.

Rooms were a bit dated. Can see some moisture damage in the bathrooms.

We loved this hotel! The room was spacious, though a little outdated. The view from our room was incredible. The beds were comfortable. They cleaned the room everyday without us having to request. We love that the train station was connected to the hotel and that they offer free shuttle to the Disney parks.

We wished that the ice machine and microwave was more conveniently located.

Clean, excellent location the train station is just crossing the road, they have free shuttle to Disney, a lot shopping and restaurants around and the staff super respectful and helpful definitely a great choice.

Service is not close to a 5 star hotel. We came on our honeymoon and it's been the least memorable place I've stayed.There wasn't the smallest mention about the occasion plus they had online told us something about a photo to remember the occasion which never happened.We arrived and left our luggage at the front office, when we came back on the evening we got the keys with zero explanation of the floor of the room or how to get there...so we got lost within the building trying to figure out how the room numbers work.We left the do not disturb sign on one day for cleaners not to come into to the room which anyways they came in and cleaned it.

Property is near Shin Urayasu Train Station and with Disneyland and Disney Sea free bus shuttle service.

They should offer or at least ask their foreign guest where they want to be seated during breakfast buffet. Asking if they have preference at least will be a nice gesture to their guest.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, and you got room service every day. Our room had a huge tub by the window in the bathroom, Its breathtakingly beautiful at night!

We are a family of 4 members. I didn't expect your hotel changed the sofa bed to a normal bed which was so considerate.The beds and the room were very spacious. There was enough space for opening 4 of our lugguage on the floor.The bathroom was tidy and clean with enough towels and toiletries. The view was good.The location was great with shopping centres within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, Supermarkets, and convenient to get on Limousine to Narita Airport and on JR.Staff were patient.I saw the hotel has a swimming pool, but was charged even for staying guests. Luckily i checked it myself before i check-in the room.Unfortunately, cannot watch other TV channels (like Hong Kong), but that's not your fault.

Spacious room, truly luxurious bathroom even in the standard room. Very nice staff.The train to the Disney Parks is not only very close, there is a covered walkway from the train station to this hotel. You also can access 2 mall locations and a combini from this walkway area.I chose this location over onsight Disney accomodations and I am so glad I did. This hotel is a step above anything else in the price range. I'm both amazed, and will absolutely be staying here in the future. Seriously this is a stunning location whether you are going to Disney or just want a quality stay in Urayasu where all kinds of shopping is a short walk away

Top notch and beautiful. Convenient across from the city train and close to mall and food. If felt safe. I also like the many different restaurants and unique desserts. Staff were friendly & helpful.

Wish ice machine was on more floors than just main floor.

Lovely hotel nice and close to Disney without being in the heart of all the madness. Right near the train station, shops and lots of restaurants and a Lawsons right outside.

Nothing to fault.

Everything about this property is great! Its beautiful, clean, and upscale. And the distance to shops and train station can’t be beat! The shuttle to/from Disneyland/Disneysea is direct and efficient. Oh! and there is a Lawsons just outside the hotel! So convenient! This is my second time in Japan and I would say that this is the best location overall for traveling via trains to explore Tokyo!

The one negative about this property was that the matresses were hard. They felt harder than the cruise ship matresses that are on most cruise ships. Me and my travel companions are all big guys so that may have made the matresses seem extra hard. For smaller/lighter weight people, you will be fine. Staff is sooo helpful, friendly, and courteous! They made up for the hard matresses!
