Hotel staff were polite and professional. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit small. However, it was good for the price.

My first time in Tokyo and travelling solo for a musical show that was happening at Tokyo Dome City Hall, the check in process was auromated and smooth, reception was sparkling clean and staff were always ready to help. They often would bow and tell you to have a good day or tell you welcome back if they see you. Walkind distance from alot of subway/metro stations and Tokyo Dome, I even took a leisurely walk to Akihabara and it took about 30 minutes.Room was small, expected from the indicated size in the listing. Small but comfortable. Nice double bed, TV access, working air conditioner and a desk. I wish there was more USB outlets but it's not the most important as travellers usually have their own adapter. The bathroom was a tight fit but not bad, provided more than enough amenities ranging from toothbrushes to disposable shaver. The bathtub is small but enough for one person to soak after a long day of walking. I booked the deal with included breakfast which was a little restaurant connected to their ground floor. 5 items offered for the free breakfast and the traditional japanese breakfasts will be a sore miss once I return home. Overall, a good hotel for solo travellers on a budget. I would rate it higher but I needed an iron but all they had was a pants press located next to the lifts on every floor.

The location was great. Next to the Tokai line and walking distance to JR train station. Nearby restaurants and supermarket at JR station.

Location very near to train station about 1 minutes (maybe less) ?.Also can put your luggage before check-in or after check out at lobby. Suitable for visitor..

Room quite small, but acceptable and maybe normal in Tokyo especially for APA Hotel.

Good location next to metro entrance.Rooms comfortable

    Room safe would be good

The location was excellent, as the hotel is within walking distance of many spots worth visiting and near a number of subway stops (including one right across the street). The breakfast was terrific and well-worth the cost. Room was a good size for this type of hotel. I also had a package delivered in advance of my arrival and retrieved it without issue.

The hotel states it has on-site laundry, which is not the case. The coin laundromat they directed me to was great, but I would have appreciate a bit more clarity as to the state of things before my arrival. There's also only one elevator, so sometimes there would be a wait to use it.

    Only One Elevator

Front desk staff could have some knowledge of English and other languages. They also need to know abt Tokyo and local trains and buses for tourists. The breakfast needs to be included in the charge. The cleaning staff are good and polite.

Rooms are small and cramped. The Air conditioning was hot or too cold. The staff at the front desk could not help. We couldn't sleep in the night for 2 of the 3 nights

Proximity to Subway Station. The location of the hotel is good.

Could not serve Vegan food, despite my request and me having paid for it. So no feedback for the food. I paid for breakfast, they couldn't serve fruits/ steamed veggies, on request/bread... even on request, as the restaurant is on contract which serves fixed menu only. Rooms were too tiny. Air conditioning was not working as per their management's decision to keep it warm at common setting. and I was asked to open the windows, if I felt hot. The windows would not open either. No support from the staff. Payment was asked before check in. Globally we normally pay at checkout. Rooms were not cleaned during my stay of 3 nights. No water was served in the room. They charged additional 500 Yen for calling the Taxi.

Overall a solid service, clean and professional hotel. Room cleaning suggested and performed only every 3rd day, which is fine, as a "service bag" is placed daily at the door with different items for personal use (like towels, tea bags etc).

Just one elevator is available and no option to use stairs. In elevator rush-hours you end up waiting for the opportunity to go down easily for few minutes. Plan in additional 10-15 minutes with luggage as, you could end up waiting multiple rounds if the elevator is already fully occupied when the doors open on your floor....

Nice location right by the metro exit. Reasonable value.

Breakfast was a little limited in choice.

    9RandallPosted on: 10-19-2024

Clean room with lots of amenities, it's near lots of food and transit options. Staff was exceptional! I also liked that you could control everything in the room from your bed!

The room is a little small for any westerner

The hotel was located close to everything. The staff was great and helpful. They knew how to help us with each issue we got. The room was little but enough for our needs.
