Room too small, breakfast is a joke

The breakfasts were delicious & definitely worth the upgrade! Convenient location in a nice neighborhood. A great experience with a modern take on Japanese tradition.

The room was much smaller than expected. It was barely bigger than the double sized bed and nowhere to store luggage. However, I still enjoyed my stay.

Very poor breakfast and tea and coffee making facilities

The front desk staff was very friendly and some of them can speak exceptional English. They assisted me with transporting my luggage to another hotel with ease. The check in process was smooth and quick. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They provided some Yukata to wear in the hotel. They have shampoo, conditioner, body was, slippers, TV, fridge, table. They have elevators. The breakfast was only toast and coffee/tea but the price of stay makes up for it. Great location. I would stay here again.

The room was perfectly adequate and the hotel had good facilities: common room, laundry, luggage storage. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just next to the metro.

Location, Location, location. That is what you are paying for. Just a stones throw from the Asakusa subway line Asakusa station. Use the elevator for ease with your bags. The hotel was clean, staff was nice, and our room was fine.

This boutique hotel was more like an expensive private hostel stay with nice wallpaper. It was not up to the high level of comfort we have come to expect from even a low level Japanese business hotel. Although there is toast and coffee, no breakfast is available. The amenities bar was sparse.

Sure friendly and helpful staff. Location was great. Loved the morning toast and coffee to start the day and amazing views of sky tree and the asahi sculpture from the rooftop.

We were in the renovated modern tatami room with tatami mat and low height bed which was a plus as it looks clean and modern. The room is bigger than most hotels in the area. However, no lights in the main bedroom area just on the sides and no dedicated space to hang but at the back of the bathroom door. Everything was provided and to avoid wastage, the guest should only take necessary amenities like razor, brush, etc in the lobby. The entrance is kinda confusing, there’s another entrance when u have luggage and i guess for wheelchair access. The advertisement is misleading. the included breakfast is just toast. Better than nothing but still it’s misleading. I was expecting a Japanese style breakfast. The highlight was the rooftop overviewing the Tokyo sky tree and Sumida River. It’s 10-15 mins walk to Nakamise street and Sensoji

Comfortable. Close to subway line. Close to Senso-Ji temple that you can visit before checking-in. Lounge on the top floor with good views, microwave and tables.

I think it would be just the staffing. There's is only one staff up front which I understand. They have a sign and so you just have to wait patiently if you need to talk to a staff.

The position is very convenient, the room was bigger than other hotel ones in Tokyo and, by booking quite in advance, the price was very competitive.

The room seemed a bit empty, I would put even a small table.

It was a good and easy place to rest right as we got to Tokyo. It was conveniently located in a great neighborhood and it felt like we got to experience a good starter taste of the area.

Bed was a little hard but it also could just because of our Jet lag that we had trouble sleeping.

The hotel looks great with very helpful staff. There is a lounge on the top floor with a great view. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Very nice view of sky tree from the upstairs lounge! Cute design in rooms and 3 min walk to asakusa station.
