The location is excellent, only a five-minute walk to Keisei Ueno Station to take the Skyline to Narita. It's in a bustling market with restaurants operating almost 247. Check-in and out 247 very convenient.
Managing your luggage can be a hassle. The bath house is open to the public so cleanliness can be a problem depending on the time of the day.
It was clean and close to everything that I wanted to visit in Tokyo. The "room" was big enough for me. I'm 2m tall and around 120kg. It was spacious enough for me.
Well I didn't expect bunch of naked old Japanese dudes in the bath house. But that was due to me not knowing whit kind of hotel i booked.

You can arrive easily from the main station in Tokyo. You can leave your stuff before the checking. Also the sauna and facilities were really nice. They don't have kitchen, but at least there is an space to eat and use the microwave.
You can leave your stuff after the checkout, but only until 2pm, then they will charge extra

heavy snoring the second night. it was a real nightmare. I didn't sleep. so plan on bringing ear plugs. not sure it will be enough though. second, some alarms are kept on when customers leave. so it keeps ringing over and over.
The location is great
Staff do not speak a word of English. No place to store luggage. Cleanliness of the common area (toilets, onsen, kitchen) is meh at best. No silence enforcement people come and leave all night long to/from the clubs next door. No facility to cook anything. No provided bath products. The shower area is public so expected it to be crowded with locals

Facilities and bedding are very clean. Place is pretty straight forward, easy for tourists to understand. Pretty cheap too. Location is pretty convenient to a lot of great food and to Ueno Station.

the location was great it's right above a sushi-ro and its very close to Ueno station and park.
the capsule was very hot which in winter might be nice, but it felt stuffy and made it a bit hard too fall asleep.
