Pros +
- I liked the room, the tv and tv channel options, the size of the shower and sauna. I liked how the bathroom was very far away. I liked how I could have many visitors whenever and still felt like I had my privacy. The staff was professional. I also thought the staff was very generous and helpful. There was a minor issue that arose, I just wanted to bring it to management attention. Instead, they went above and beyond to make up for it. I also liked the face masks, the two fridges, and the AC system.
- Loved having our private sauna in the room! The room provided everything we needed for a short stay (face masks, toothbrushes etc.) and the karaoke was a fun surprise!
- Walks away from the main areas and bus stops. Has karaoke in the room with a hot tub and sauna room.
Cons -
- This was a terrible experience, we checked out after one night even though we paid for the week. The room was very dated, worn, and lacked natural light. This hotel is designed for hourly rentals and borders the red light district. Gross experience.
- Keep in mind that Japanese hotels allow smoking. A quick mail to J-Mex sorted us a non-smoking room.
- The coffee table as my knee hit into it, I wish there was a bit more space between the couch , coffee table and tv, but the coffee table does look nice and is a must.

Walks away from the main areas and bus stops. Has karaoke in the room with a hot tub and sauna room.
The amount I was charged was crazy for the space. There’s no real storage area for a small carry on. They also advertised free breakfast but I never received any. The better option is to pay when you get there to save hundreds of dollars.
Great location and clean. The steam sauna is nice.
The bed was not very comfortable and the room a little stuffy
Hotel was ok. Adult only had a different meaning. It was a hotel that can be booked hourly I think it was a red light district but I felt safe. A little more research was needed by my part.
This was our first love hotel experience and we booked this simply for the cost savings with the amenities you get! The room had an amazing steam room, jacuzzi and spacious enough for our bags and all. The love hotels may get a bit of a stereotype, but it was so clean and private I would highly recommend this to anyone. The room was cleaned daily and everything was sanitized. Strong WiFi and welcome drinks! The location is in a quiet area of love hotels but walking distance to all the Shinjuku tourist areas. Walking distance to central bus station as well which was great for our departure to Fuji!
Only downside was that the karaoke did not seem to work. Or we couldn’t seem to manage it.
The amenities, and the room size.
Lack of natural light.
Great location, big room and bathroom, clean and very quiet
Staff speaks no English so communication was difficult.
I like that it is a love hotel which can be booked in advance and for multiple nights.
Very standard love hotel and facilities for a very high price compared to other love hotels in the area.
Loved the hot tub, loved the quirkiness. Large room with a bunch of amenities.
Everything was great here.
I have been staying at this hotel my last few visits. I like it because it is close to the Higashi Shinjuku metro station. From there, it is convenient to get around. I requested for the same room I stayed the last time and the hotel was able to accommodate my request. The hotel room is large and has all the amenities, including a bathtub, sauna, karaoke, fridge, microwave and kettle. There also provide the full range of bathroom amenities. The staff were very helpful and there were English speaking staff around to help.
Nil
Room was huge and had own sauna/huge tub. Great freebees
Kabukicho
It is exactly as in the photos. Very good location. Very helpful staff.
Very minor thing, but the microphones for the karaoke didn't work.
The room is very large, and has separate toilet, a bathroom with a large spa bath, and a sauna room. There is a dressing room attached (not closed off), and the room has a sofa and coffee table. There is a karaoke setup, a large TV with multiple channels, and an excellent soundsystem with different types of music to choose from. There is a minibar, and a separate fridge for your own stuff. The hotel has an art deco style, and our room had one openable window.
We did get some sound from the street, even with the window closed.
Huge spa and shower room in the room itself, plus the sauna was incredible. Many amazing extras like face masks and products to use.
The pillows
Size and equipment of the room was great as well room size. Location was good. Comfortable bed.
We didnt knew we are buying "love hotel" which you can book for few hours as well. Receptionist was behind dark Glass, we could see just hands. No breakfast option. No ice maker . View to nowhere to the wall
fun experience with the Karaoke, loved waking up and being able to have the sauna in the room.
A little bit dated.
A good sized room for Tokyo, the bed was really large and the amenities great. Although it was a love hotel which wad a strange concept to us the facilities were great and we were in a great location to explore Tokyo!
