This is our 3rd time there. We like the location, close to restaurants, Marunouchi Line, and cozy. My husband likes the onsen and sauna, but it was pretty crowded on this last visit. The room was a little small but there were no larger rooms available.

Just a little too small for us. I will reserve a larger room next time, but there were none left.

The area was lively at night.

It smelt like mold. The bathrooms were at an angle that made you feel like you had vertigo. They were way smaller than pictured. Wifi was HORRIBLE (barely could go on a website, don't even think about streaming a show). No breakfast. Not 3 star!

Fantastic location, very comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Along with the complimentary breafast it is a good deal for the price. Perfect well connected location to explore central Tokyo from.

    Great location, fun neighborhood

Hot tub featured on website is for men only. Women's facilities are down the street.

The view is fantastic and is very close to a station that can get you anywhere in tokyo quickly.

The hotel staff were excellent and provided everything we needed. The location was prime, and the hotel was kept very clean. All the staff were invaluable and always went out of their way to assist, making us feel very welcome. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

I really have nothing to report.

The hotel has two buildings — the main Centurion Hotel Grand and the Centurion Vintage Hotel annex located right across the street. Our room was in the annex. Although the building itself is a bit old, we still had a great stay. The room for three was a bit tight but still worked well for us. They provide toiletries, clean the room daily, and offer fresh towels and complimentary water, which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The location is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, including Bic Camera, 24-hour drugstores, Don Quijote, and lots of restaurants. This made last-minute shopping and finding places to eat really easy.Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly service and a very convenient location.

I loved the young, multi-cultural, multi-lingual staff, who were so eager to help with big smiles on their faces. They had the lobby and entryway decorated for Halloween, which was a fun touch. The hotel is in a rather tawdry location with lots of bars and massage parlors. However, there are plenty of places to eat and it's literally a two-minute walk to the subway station. The bathroom was tiny, but clean.

As other reviewers on other sites pointed out, the small rooms have an odd odor, which the staff try to mask with an air filter. The a/c was on, too, so that helped. My room had some old, chipping, dark brown panels, which, accompanied by the ugly black shag carpet and dark brown drapes made for a dreary atmosphere. I believe the rooms/bathrooms are clean, but the color combo of the guest rooms makes one wonder. Mercifully, the sheets are bright white! Others have commented on the size of the bathroom. I was fine with it, but if you are a person of size, it could be a miserable experience. The drapes are dark brown, but they do not block the light from coming in at night, making it difficult for some to sleep. Regarding size, the room is as wide as the bed is long. There's a desk, but as there's nowhere to put your things, you likely will be using it for storage. There are no drawers. There is a rack, though, so you can hang a few items. Because I suddenly had to extend my stay in Tokyo, I got a bad rate, paying $200/night for a single room at this hotel.

The location in akasaka was great! Very central in tokyo to get around to most places

The hotel gave us a smoking room, and refused to make accommodations for a non-smoking room or give us a refund. The male attendant checking us into the hotel was also extremely rude to us and not willing to help in any way. We did not take the smoking room as the smoke smell was so strong, but they still insisted on charging us for it. On top of that, the photos in the hotel are not representative of the hotel and make it look a lot nicer than it actually is. The carpets give off a musty strench that must be aired out with open windows. Overall did not feel clean and we were not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. Probably would not come back again due to negative experience and poor customer service.

Practical, good location, small room but manageable.

Only negative was the cleaning staff arguing with me about why they didn't want to wash out the drinking cups. That was bizarre but everything else was fine.

    The sauna/spa was amazing

The room was tiny. We paid extra for three people, but the room barely had any floor space after the beds. It was dirty, and did not include access to the spa like advertised.

the room is small but its ok.the lights are not good.so dark.there is no light in the mirror.

The location was great, room was ok, nothing special but for this price acceptable. Staff as accomodating when it came to leaving our luggage in reception before and after check in

Going to room through restaurant/grocery shop somewhat nt pleasant. Other hotel in Tokyo with lower price range offered plenty of toiletries and free ice cream.
