Excellent location,,,great breakfast,,,,good experience overall

Not enough explanation of policies and procedures in English but front office staff was accommodating and helpful

Right next to Shinagawa station. Great for solo traveling.

Front staff was very inconsiderate. Eco-friendry or just cheap? When asked for an extra towel, they charged me ¥100, but all they gave me after wait was the towel supposed to be replenished anyway. Basically ripped off. Not that ¥100 is a big deal, the big deal is the inconvenience and lack of service.

Just like other Toyoko Inns. Good location and good price with small but comfortable rooms.

Breakfast venue is very small. Also breakfast used too much plastic cutlery.

The location was right across Shinagawa station which was perfect to travel from, staff was really helpful even tho my Japanese wasn’t that well, checkin was easy

Train station makes noises all the time

The hotel was excellent. While we were there the bar and pool were closed but that is a seasonal thing. The hotel is right on the beach so we woke up to a beautiful sunrise every morning. There is also a free shuttle bus to Kawazu train station. Having access to the onsen was wonderful. I went in the morning and last thing at night. I would happily stay here again.

The bar was closed while we were there but that was for the winter season.

Breakfast was good. Handy to have a supermarket next door.

We asked for an extra pillow and towel and were politely told we couldn't have them.The room is noisy being right opposite the train station.

I could open the window and have fresh air. The location is excellent. Plenty of good quality amenities. Very good breakfast.

Everything else. The room was efficient in the little space it had. Plus, great location for taking the train station.

The mattress was quite firm and there is only one elevator, so it got quite busy and took awhile.

Nice business hotel meeting all basic needs. Clean, good value. Easy travel to Haneda from Shinagawa station.

We booked this hotel purely because of the location to Shinagawa Station. The hotel was what we expected. We had room 511 which is right next to the elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem but there was no noise from the elevator at all. We didn't manage to make the breakfast because of jet lag.

As with many places in Japan they did not speak English at the front desk. The room is very tiny. Adequate for a nights sleep but I wouldn't want to stay here for a long stay. The main problem with the room is that the aircon is mounted directly above the bed so it blows on you while you are sleeping.

They can’t book a taxi ! I had to book a taxi by myself which was not easy as I didn’t have Japanese phone, The bed was rather hard.

It was a decent hotel for the price

-Check-in was at 4pm which is a very bad time. And they charge you if you want to make an early check-in, even tough they have the room available.Will avoid it next time.-The hotel feels old

Basic but very clean, good location and cheap hotel.

Lift is always busy in the morning. I tried to go by steps but lack of information, I couldn’t get it how to use steps.

Easy 5 min walk from the station, especially good for a one night stay before getting the shinkansen. Room is on the small side (as expected for Tokyo) but comfortable and perfect for a solo traveller with not much luggage. Clean and quiet, really all one can ask for after a long flight!

The location is extraordinary, you only need to cross the traffic light to get to JR station in 3 mins.

The breakfast is free which means you don't need to expect too much. It is always very busy during the breakfast time. The building itself is old. It only has 1 elevator. There is only a single layer of the window too. You can hear the traffic on the road as well as JR trains from early morning to midnight.

The bed mattress was very hard! Room view was a fence and building. The reception made me wait until 4pm even when the room was ready at 3pm. Not a member of the hotel group.
