Pros +
- Ideal for late arrival or early departure from Haneda airport. Direct express trains to the airport. Decent rooms and a surprisingly tasty breakfast. The area of the train station has many restaurants and convenient stores.
- The hotel is literally just beside the station. Easy checkin/out. Only one elevator but tolerable. We stayed in the 14th floor so the room was pretty quiet. They have slippers and they change towels everyday. Free breakfast is enough to get you through the day. The have free ice maker and coffee at the pantry/reception area. Staff are helpful in storing luggage before checkin. They have UV treated robes too. Room is big enough to open our two XL luggages, be madiskarte and not maarte. Booked via booking.com at a cheaper rate than other Toyoko Inn branches. Really near Shinagawa so easy to roam around. Plus one train away (KK Line) to/from Narita / Haneda Airport so very convenient. The station has elevator or escalator so no worries with you heavy luggages to bring up/down. 10-min walk from Aeon mall and has nearby 7/11, Lawson/Family Mart.
- So clean and the staff was excellent. Helped us check in after a long day.
Cons -
- Only one elevator. What will happen in case of break down or maintenance?
- -As is common with chain hotels, the rooms are very compact, which makes it quite challenging to open and close suitcases or do packing/unpacking. For the price, you’d expect at least enough space to comfortably open and store two standard-sized suitcases.-Since this is a well-known hotel chain, it would be great if they offered clearly labeled vegetarian or vegan options on the breakfast menu. The staff were kind and helpful in answering our questions, but having English labels and clear markings would make things much easier.-The breakfast time ends too early (at 9 a.m.), and the seating area is quite limited—even compared to other Toyoko Inn locations I’ve stayed at. A few times, we had to take our breakfast back to the room, which was tricky given how small the rooms are.-There is only one elevator, so during checkout and breakfast times, it gets very crowded. It’s common to have to wait for several elevators to go by before you can get in, as they are often full.
- The beds where super hard

Very near the train station. Clean room. Decent breakfast
Only one elevator. What will happen in case of break down or maintenance?
-Amazing location – lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and the station is just a 2-minute walk away.-Smooth check-in and check-out – everything is done via machines (though it can get a bit crowded during checkout, so it’s best to go a little earlier).-Delightful breakfast coffee stand – the matcha latte was an excellent treat (though service stops at 10 a.m.). If you’re non-vegetarian, the breakfast options are quite good and filling.

2 min to the train station and 7 11.
The beds where super hard
They charged 2 adult and one child , But bed and room size very small. Very difficulty for movement also.
We booked this hotel to use the room as a rest space as our flight left after midnight from Haneda. Just note that you can only check in at 4pm.From that perspective it worked out well because the hotel is located at a rail station on the route from central Tokyo to Haneda airport. Literally 20m from the station exit!If you do want to stay here overnight, I suggest light sleepers request a room on the west side, away from the railway station because the sound of trains will keep light sleepers awake. No sound proofing.Other than that, room was typical for a budget hotel. Clean, with enough space but tight nonetheless.
Great location and good breakfast
Room's toilet had a smoke smell. The hotel attendant was unable to remove the smell and did not have spare room for us.
The location is just 1 min from the Aomon-Yokocho station. From Haneda the train is directly to Aomon-Yokocho station. A lot of amenities of very good quality. Breakfast is free and rich. Veet good coffee for free at breakfast. The staff is kind and professional.
The windows cannot be opened.
Wish we had a little more space to open our luggage. Just a little bit more room would have been nice. It was too narrow for two people to be crossing each other.
I loved everything about this place.Just a little more leg room to walk around the bed would have been nice.
The location is just next to the station.
Room is very small but bed size is large enough for 2 people compare to other hotel.
The location near the airpot and train station
The unfriendly staff and the stiff bed.
The breakfast content was about the average, but I found the food was not warm due to the slow customer flow. Location was excellent because the inn was next to the station and you can find all sort of restaurants near by. The bed size was better than expectation.
It was so close to the station that you might hear the noise of the train at night.
Location excellent. English speaking staff very competent
The beds were too hard for me.
Location location location. Right next to the train station. No issue with noise. And if you’re flying from Haneda next day this is ideal. In 15-20 min you are at the airport. The train station has escalators/elevators so you dont have to carry your bags up/down the stairs.
Bed was a bit firm but not a problem.
The location
The bed is so hard Some of the staff are very unfriendly
It’s clean. Friendly staff. Adjacent to the train station.
next to the station of Keikyu-line, and close to JR station in 10 minutes on foot
A double room, but a bit small for two.
The location was great. Right around the corner from the train station. I liked the breakfast. Variety and good taste.
The only knock I have is the staff and enforcement of checkin time. There was a major typhoon hitting Japan. Our train was cancelled. We have to use an alternate route that required us to stand for 4+ hours of a 5+ hour train ride. We were exhausted and arrived at 3:30 just 30 minutes early. But regardless of how exhausted we were to had to sit in the lobby for another 30 minutes and for what? Seems to me your staff should be empowered to make judgement calls on this considering we were traveling with an infant. The beds were like stone.
