It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Close to the Tokyo station!

The room for me and a child smelled of cigarettes. We could not get rid of this smell.

Breakfast was very nice as it was free and food prices are expensive in Tokyo, The hotel is close to public transport including the Metro (the hotel is one stop from central Tokyo). The are also some very nice restaurants, 7/11 and other food outlets close by. The Hop On Bus stop is also a very close (Red Route).

There was nothing I could complain about, it was a lovely stay

Situated in a quiet street near 3 metro lines. Good sized rooms and attentive staff and clean. The breakfast was fine and the staff at breakfast were super friendly and very helpful. Felt very comfortable.

The breakfast spread was great and it wasn't the same thing every day! Also the kitchen staff were very friendly and always said good morning, which made me feel welcome. The desk staff were very accommodating and check in services were easy to navigate with the English options. There was only one washing and drying machine in the lobby for laundry, but they have a good system in place to handle overlapping times. I also appreciated the amenities in the lobby. The shower had good water pressure, and the elevator made it easy to lug a big suitcase up and down.

Location fairly near to train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.

At breakfast there were not any spoons available. Once soup is served at breakfast it would be handy to provide some spoons too.

The location was very nice for the price of the hotel. The staff were helpful and was an easy check-in/ check-out experience.

The bed pillow was a little stiff, however that's not a worry if you bring your own when traveling.

The room has everything I need (bed, ample space, table, mini ref, blower, electric kettle, bathroom with bathtub, heated toilet, hangers and drying line, pajamas, toiletries). There is an elevator. Breakfast has ample choices (croissants, rice, soup, noodles, different choices of meat, egg, fish, chicken). Lobby has water dispenser of hot and cold water, plus ice cube machine. It also feels quite safe, as the elevator requires the keycard. It is also walking distance to at least 2 metro/subway lines, which offer more options for transportation. More importantly, it is walking distance from the station connected to Narita Airport (Keisei line, without transfer required). For travellers with luggage, the nearest is A3, but exit A4 has elevator. In front of the hotel is an Aeon grocery store, and walking distance to a bigger OK supermarket. The neighborhood is also very clean and feels safe even when walking at midnight.

Friendly staff that followed me around to properly show me everything and where everything is, how it works and etc. Always smiling!Great AC, was really needed and it did it's job!

Sometimes it can take a bit of time to get down from your floor because there's only one elevator but it wasn't really a big issue at all :)

The location is very good, we had many subway stations nearby. The breakfast is simple but delicious.

We can transfer our luggage for similar hotels only, for exemple from Toyoko Inn Tokyo to Toyoko Inn Osaka.
