Toyoko Inn Tokyo Kanda Akihabara

Really liked the staff, the breakfast and the location of the hotel, staff is very helpful and we had a subway station just 1 street away. The quick traditional breakfast they offer is very good, the tables can be a bit crowded though so best to plan to take it a bit earlier.

Bed comfort could be better and cleanliness can be improved a bit.

Clean room, nearby the station, full of amenities, nearby restaurants and shops.

Staff were amazing. Provided breakfast was much needed with the veggies and fruits. Coffee provided was a life saver.

I think the laundry room for the hotel was right above my room so there was a bit of noise at night

The Wi-Fi was temperamental and would occasionally drop, then tell me I had the incorrect password several times before I could get it connected again.

I like their breakfast. 5mins walk to Asakusabashi station and they have an escalator and lift in that station. You can also walk to Akihabara from the hotel.

Overall was good except for the pillow. It was quite flat and not comfy.

everything was very easy. The food was good and tasty. It was defiantly value for money

beds were a bit uncomfy however we were also not used to the type of bed this stay had.

Simple breakfast but is sumptuous. Daily change of towels and twice room tidy services for a 1-week stay. The location is accessible to popular places and convenient marts just next to the hotel. Worth the price that we paid.

The area where the hotel is is quiet and not very busy. It's quite close via train to Shinjuku, Ginza, Harajuku, and other shopping districts. But is quite far from Ikebukuro.

It's very far from the Yodabashi and Bic Akihabara. Around 15 to 21 minute walk. The nearest train station is around 6 minute walk for the local JR lines and 10 minutes to the Toei Shinjuku line.

Toyoko Inns are a large hotel chain who provide good accommodation for tourists. I enjoyed a lovely clean room with air-con and en-suite bathroom as well as a fridge and a kettle, so everything I needed for great stay in Tokyo. It is just five minutes walk from the local tube station and close to a couple of other stations as well, and within walking distance of the Akihabara district. The room was quite small, but this is the norm for Japanese hotels. The cost was a bit more than other hotels in which I stayed, but this is to be expected for the capital city. They provide a good buffet breakfast with a large selection of dishes.
