Great service and assistance. The staff goes above and beyond to care for you. Great huge delicious breakfast. One minute walk to Otorii Station.

Close to Haneda airport, clean, proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Close to train station

Near Haneda Airport, perfect for overnight stay if you have an early morning flight the next day. They have a free shuttle service going to the Airport and going to the hotel.

the schedule of the shuttle bus from Haneda Airport if is possible to have an earlier schedule in the evening like 8PM.

Called to report broken bidet. Didn’t get offered to fix it or at least move to another room that has working one.

Easy check in with friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room.

It was a little tricky to find the pick up spot from the international terminal.

Conveniently located close to Haneda T3 international airport. Only 15 min by courtesy bus. Caught my 6.55am flight with ease as first bus leaves at 4.45am. The hotel was clean and quiet, rooms were small but enough for one person. Bed comfortable, airconditioner actually worked silently and well. Didn’t have breakfast..

Check in could have been made better with more human assistance. Just ridiculous to see customers lined up and struggling with check-in machines when 3 staff are standing there and watching. Not the staff’s fault obviously

Great location, clean & comfortable room. The room is a bit small but it's ok if it's for a short stay. Easy access for shuttle bus from Haneda to hotel.

Free shuttle transport from Haneda airport, lots of amenities around and close to the train station as well

This Hotel is just a 1 minute walk underground from the Otorii and then just 30 seconds outside the station.Best of all is just 1 or 2 stations away by train to Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3 or Terminal 1. So very easy for American tourists on their way back home.

Perfect stop before starting your journey. We stayed here 1 night because our plane arrived late. Had a quick breakfast in the morning and left for Tokyo. Easy check in / check out. Small room but this is normal.

Stuff not friendly deeply and main issue is I couldn't take shower during the night because no hot water at all till I leaving next morning. That's the big problem for hotel management and maintenance

Free shuttle service, excellent breakfast, good location across from a 7/11. Breakfast service really stood out with a generous buffet service with hot and cold options, western and Japanese options.

Small rooms, bathroom had a step to get in, very bare-bone hotel, just a bed, desk and washroom, beds were hard, shuttle was difficult to find at the airport and doesn’t run all the time. You need to pay close attention to the fine print and read the information they send you about the shuttle. It’s a bit complicated. Also, check-in is fine with machines, but there are staff to assist you.

Nice hotel fairly close to Haneda Airport. Finding the shuttle bus stop was a bit challenging since there were no signs, and even after calling the hotel the directions weren’t very clear. Check-in was well organized, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean with comfortable beds, and breakfast was tasty and included in the stay. For anything else you might need, there’s a convenient store right across the street.

Location was great. Staff was excellent. Shuttle was practical. Breakfast is decent.

One of the room we had was on the 7 floor at the very far end of the building and we could hear the sound of water every time someone was flushing a toilet upstairs. Also the smell of sewage was very strong. It was not a pleasant experience.Wifi was barely working.
