Toyoko Inn Tokyo Fussa-Ekimae Higashi-Guchi

The staff was wonderful and the location was central (within walking distance) to restaurants, parks, and natural sites.

There were no amenities (that I was aware of) like conference rooms, gyms, game-rooms, etc.

The AC was very adjustable

The bed’s are hard and the pillows are uncomfortable.

The location was great as it's right next to the Fussa train station. There's also a bus or taxi services right next to it. Another great perk about staying here is that you're close to many convenient stores, McDonald's and Coco's. It was very nice for us when traveling with small children and arriving later in afternoon and wanting to get a quick bite to eat. The front desk staff was very helpful! We wanted our rooms to be right next to each other since we had to get 2 rooms for my family to fit and they helped us right away.

The rooms are a bit small, but it was okay.

We came to visit family stationed at the air base. The location was perfect. We did not utilize local transportation, as our son provided that for us. But the train station is directly beside the hotel. I was not sure if I would take advantage of the breakfast. But we did, every day and it exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy, but large enough for two people. The queen size bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom has a tub & shower with plenty of Hot water. ALL of the staff were exceptionally nice and customer oriented. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Beds are a little hard

The location was great. Close to restaurants, shopping and the Fussa train station. The room was exceptionally clean.

The bed was EXTREMELY HARD! There was no mattress, only the boxspring, it was so hard to sleep, I didn't get a good night's sleep the 6 nights I stayed, I woke up with a severe backache every morning after tossing and turning all night. The tiny fridge in the room also did not work.

This hotel has an amazing location right at the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was AMAZING!

Don't like that you have to pay for parking at the hotel.

Location, great staff, wonderful Japanese breakfast

Beds are a little firm for Westerners but I got used to it after a couple nights.

Extremely clean environment, professional staff, customer service was excellent!! Breakfast was amazing and phenomenal. Room and bathroom was exceptionally cleaned and organized!!!

I liked everything

It was clean and nearby a lot of places (like shopping center, convenience stores, train station, restaurants, and more). The staff was very friendly and nice with excellent customer service. Also, the breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices to select from. We'll be back again and will tell others about the amazing experience.

We liked everything!

Clean, quiet, comfortable, adjacent to Fussa station, and a short walk to Yokota Air Base. Surprisingly quiet room despite being right next to the JR line.

It was amazing how clean it was and how friendly the staff was and everything was just convenient and the breakfast was also amazing which added the extra added Factor. Definitely plan on coming back again and definitely we will be recommending others to come

I don't have anything negative to say

The location is excellent and the facilities are clean. The morning buffet is super. The staff was super and they helped me get a non-smoking room for two nights.

I thought I booked a non-smoking room but the room unfortunately smelt like smoke. I didn't care for this much but I wasn't staying long so I did not request a room change.

Excellent location which is just a minute walk to JR Fussa station, surrounded with lots of local supermarkets and eateries. Simple and good breakfast to start your day.

My stay was decent, but I wish there was clarification that parking needed to be reserved. I had to work for two days and when I reserved my room the website said “parking was included” however upon arrival, I was denied the parking space. Then when I asked (in japanese) if I could reserve parking for future dates, I was just told “no” without any explanation. Other than that my stay was fine.
