Location, standard, and cozy

Room is quite small, only instant coffee and no milk during breakfast

It was good location to go several different places.Breakfast buffet was not bad.

It was very small room, however it was acceptable with reasonable price.

Property is clean, lobby have fasilities for guess with coffee dispenser

The location was really convenient, the metro station Asakusabashi was 5 mins away. The room was really small, but enough for two if you don't have too many large suitcases

The staff was nice and polite, but their English is very limitied, you will need to use a translator

Clean convenience close to train stations

Short walk to the Asakusabashi station (which is both on the metro and the JR), with a 7-11 between the station and the hotel, so it’s very convenient. The staff was very kind. It was very good value since it included a decent free breakfast. The room AC/heat can be selected in the individual room, which is great in shoulder season weather. Coin laundry is available on the ground floor near the elevator.

The room is quite small even by Japanese standards. You have to squeeze in sideways to get by the beds to the table and chair. There is not enough room to open more than 1 large suitcase.

Property, room, toilet, bed, pillow was especially worse. Breakfast is not for westerners.

Cheap and cheerful hotel chain in Japan. Would use again. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast a tad early and location a little away from everything - close to a metro though

Small room

The location is excellently positioned for access to and from both airports, with direct train access. Also many of the sights located in Ueno, Akihabara, Senso-ji are within reasonable walking distance... The hotel is typical of Tokyo, small, but very well optimized and offering. Clean towels are provided every day. The room is cleaned every few days, but any trash can be left at the door for collection.

Sometimes the pastry runs out before the end of the breakfast program, which can be unpleasant.

Good location. Convenient to train. Easy access to Narita Airport (one change at Kinubashi). Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Basic breakfast. Some noise from next door rooms.

Got all the basic and value is great. Location is convenient, easy to get to both airports.

Hope there’s milk for breakfast, or jam/butter for the bread.

More than my expectation :) Reasonable price in Tokyo..Near to convenient shop, Metro/ JR line direct to the Both Narita and Haneda Airport..Simple complimentary breakfast and is enough for me.. Helpful and excellent service by hotel staff!

Small room but it's OK for me and family.

I stayed in a small room but everything what I needed was there. This was incredible.The breakfast was excellent. I loved especially the Miso soup.

It would be helpful if the staff at the reception were more fluent in English. Sometimes I asked a question but they could not understand me. I know that the majority of their guests are Japanese. However, it is a really good hotel for foreigners too.

Everything was as you'd expect for a 3 star a Hotel, comfortable and clean. Probably better. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I was staying a night, going to Kawagochiko for two, then returning for three more nights. I asked if I could leave my medium sized bag over the two nights. This was refused. It's probably a Hotel policy but I thought it was a reasonable request given I was coming back for additional nights.

The location is just right. A short walk from the train station. Clean and facilities very organised. Comes with clothes washing and drying machines if you want to travel light
