APA Hotel Kanda Jimbocho Ekihigashi

Great location. Reasonable price.

The hotel is difficult to find. You cannot find this APA hotel in Google. I think it is listed in Japanese, so if you search APA hotel you cannot find it. The room is small.

Fresh and clean, everything seemed new, very pleasant. Liked the location near the booksellers. Staff very helpful and kind.

The room was tiny, with little room for luggage, but great bed made up for it.

the only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is a little way from a major train station so you have to walk some.

I booked a small room, but its great layout made it feel larger than its actual size.

The restaurant was pleasant but somewhat small. Only one person can pick up breakfast at a time, which causes delays during rush hours.

As always, Apa hotel proves to be a solid choice, competent and kind staff, clean room with all you might need, fast internet. Everything went smoothly.

The AC is noisy, the room smells like tobacco (even I choose the non smoking room) and so dusty. I stay at APA hotel a lot but this hotel have the bad facilities than other hotel I ever stay. I'm not a typical customer that like complaining but this one is kinda disappointed me.

Close to the subway and buses. Location near great restaurants and coffee shops. Quieter area but excellent for after a long day. Intended to stay for two nights and ended up staying for a week.

Location was super convenient! Right next to a couple 7/11’s and family marts, as well as welcia, which came in handy towards the end of my trip as I got sick!

Very small room, especially with big suitcases, left minimal wiggle room for me and my partner.

Location was very easy to access and close to a subway station. We were able to navigate to all of our destinations easily from here. Lots of great restaurants and food within walking distance. Originally planned to stay two nights and then ended up staying the week. Great value for money.

The staff is super kind and being able to leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out was súper confortable and did our first and last day a lot better.

The room was a little small so with the luggage was a bit complicated and the location was not the best, we had to take a couple transports to every place and walk like 700 meters.

Room: the room is really small. But if your primary point of interest is Tokyo (i.e. the "outside") instead of a fancy hotel, then it has everything needed for a convenient stay. It provide slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. It has free Wifi, a bath tub (Japanese Ofuro), a comfortable bed and a table. Location: Jinbocho is really a great location if you love books (there are dozens of used book stores nearby, and I don't know anywhere else on this planet can compete with this unique feature), outdoor gears or musical instruments. There are also some great restaurants hidden in the valleys. The hotel itself is not "right next to" any subway stations, but if you don't mind some walking, 8~10 minutes walk will take you to at least 3 different major subway stations nearby, and a combined 30 min trip will take you to almost anywhere else in Tokyo (not to mention walking and exploring Jinbocho itself is a great thing to do).

I wish they have two chairs for both of us to sit, but I admit rarely any hotel provide such things. An alternative would be to provide some small lounge or office area with desk and chairs, where people can sit and do some temporary computer work / journaling, etc.

The room seems to have developed a kind of smell due to the bad ventilation system. the wall was kinda of dirty...carpet also so uncomfortable and the room is so tiny that you can't move around. I was literally disappointed with this booking.

Location was very good, safe, clean, friendly stuff, logistics are easy. The rooms were small but comfortable and fully restocked with essentials such as toiletries and coffee.
