Pros +
- Unique and nice to stay at. Have a lot of items provided for you lockers clothing, drinks (non alcoholic) even items like toothbrushes.
- Location and cleanliness were very good
- The staff are really friendly and helpful. Most of them are also decent in English. They served breakfast curry 1 with beef + 1 vegetarian. Warm rice all day with about 30 different spice toppings and Japanese Pickles. + 2 kinds of soup.I love to use their Onsen bath and then use their massage chair right afterwards. There's free soda and coffee all day.You only need clothes to stay here and but you can buy shirt and underwear here as well.
Cons -
- I did not see anything in the original postings about guests with tattoos. But they have a sign out front saying tattooed people are not to be admitted. All of mine can be covered but was not able to use the spa or showers because I have tattoos.
- I like most is the facilities more then its showing in site.
- This place is really clean in general but sometimes it feels like the floors in the bathroom could use an extra wash. They have a sign that says they offer 1 of out of 3 kinds of mix rice dishes. I have only seen it once during my 5 night stay. You can only turn on the lights outside of your capsule.

Great location, amazing amenities, very comfortable and clean
There was a bad smell in the capsule bed area, most likely a guest with bad odor.
I like the 24h complimentary food and drinks along with free voucher daily for drinks or ice creams.
The lockers were too narrow.
so many amenities and freebies...staff were so friendly and helpful, other guests were very friendly and respectful, great location
the ac in my capsule was not cold enough for me
The hotel was clean, the artificial onsen was great and it is in a perfect location close to the train station, full of restaurants, and places to go at night
The staff were really active and polite, they speak english well. A lot of amenities and facilities are well-maintained. The location is easy to find and near everything.
I liked the amenities variety that they provided during the stay , basically you just need to come in and you have everything..
for me it was my first experience in the capsule so i felt its too small and not that comfy…
Considering the facilities it has, it has a reasonable priceEspecially free food and drinksIt has a great location and is near the train stationI recommend staying here to enjoy the night life in Tokyo
It has only one elevatorThere is a lot of waiting to move
Great location right next to the Shinjuku station and Shinjuku Sanchome station, free rice all day, free curry in the morning, one free ice cream or drink per night, big variety of shower amenities, massage chairs
Most staff don't speak English, there are only stairs to the top first 3 floors, and only elevator from the 3rd and up, but the elevator is small and slow, so you're often stuck on the bedroom floors, showers are only on the 2nd floor inside the shared artificial onsen room, with no separation between them, the shower head cannot be hanged and must be hold at all time, and you must push the water button again and again every minute. In addition to all of this, the pillow is extremely uncomfortable, the bed's light switch is outside of the capsule, and you must leave your shoes at the reception and walk in the hostel with their slippers which are not comfortable.
Nice staff, lots of free stuff, good facilities, rather quiet overall. Perfect for solo traveler or a group of friends looking for something convenient.
Not much really, some drunk (noisy) clients at night sometimes but that's Tokyo and the hotel staff couldn't do much about it.
There were so many amenities to chose from. Free breakfast and sauna. Free coffee and alcohol. There were massage chairs and meeting booths.
Privacy is a little hard to come by which is understandable. You aren’t allowed to call people in the bedrooms, and the communal areas are usually busy even at 2/3am. Also there was no secure storage in the pod itself meaning that everything had to be brought up and down 6 flights each night or morning you needed something.
The space, with many things included like the rice and curry and drink, massage chair and the osen (I didn’t go in. Time short).
Some sockets are exposed. Looks dangerous.
How cheap it is, and the amenities definitely makes it up for being and capsule hotel
First time of doing a capsule hotel. Realized the downside of one. Being noisy and how much people are there. Definitely do not like how the premium capsule was next to the door.
Súper well located, the pods are quite spacious, the place has lots of amenities, free rice and drinks, the staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s worth the experience.
The pods don’t have a door so it can be a bit noisy as people sometimes are not as respectful as they should be (specially foreign people).
Never stopped in a Capsule Hotel before so wondered if I'd be able to get to sleep at night if it was noisy, but I needn't have worried. It was nice and quiet on the Capsule floors and the free food and drink on the 3rd floor were very much appreciated, just as the onsen on the 2nd floor was. Lovely and warm and cleansing / refreshing.
Nothing, it was all good - .and a great position close to the railway station.
Passable
The bathing area was quite bad. There should be proper walls between the space where people take baths. Watching other people naked is not what I wanted. There should be proper bathrooms for people (ofcourse shared). This is the only reason I probably won't stay here again.
Location, facilities - drinks, food and a place to relax
Capsule small air conditioner unit - seem like not working. The head room is limited. Security maybe a bit lacking for people moving from first floor to second floor. The lockers wide are too narrow fit in the standard back pack.
So near to Shinjuku station! Plenty of amenities provided. 1 bottle drink voucher per night provided (if you stay 3 nights, then you receive 3 drink voucher can be exchange at reception with any drink of choice). Laundry is relatively cheap (300yen washing machine + 300yen dry machine). The lockers are ample (for sneakers, for bags & at the bath area). Dyson hairdryer, hair products, deo provided at Level 2 bath area. Level 3 lounge area has massage chair, places to charge device, free snacks and foods and few drinks to choose from! Safe to say, breakfast is served daily
Its an open bath concept
