Super Hotel Shinjuku Kabukicho

Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to a function I was attending along with a helpful map, I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased

Not at all, everything is beyond my expectation.

The staff was great! Very helpful. The location was central to many of the sights we wanted to see so we were able to walk everywhere. The breakfast buffet was very good. A lot of different food options.

Very good value for money. It comes with free breakfast and free happy hour drinks

Rooms are a bit too small

The staff were so kind and accommodating. I didn’t expect all the additional amenities like different pillows to select from, the skincare, rentals for things like hair straightening, etc. The breakfast was excellent so it made the entire hotel worth it. Of course the rooms were small, but that is the norm in Tokyo. The location was close to Shinjuku main area but far enough to not be super loud.

The pillows were hard and not to western styles, but you could rent a pillow downstairs and they had many options to choose from.

Breakfast was good and we appreciated the happy hour drinks also

The staff is very polite and the breakfast and free drinking hour was very good. If I’m ever back in shinjuku I will come back here without hesitation!

Breakfast was our favorite! Loved the variety and the Japanese style breakfast! Staff were all very nice.

The main thing that was a little challenging was the size of the room but understandable since space is limited in Tokyo.

The location was good. The room was a little smaller than expected but was fine. The adjoining room helped. What we like the most is the complimentary breakfast. I learned how to eat raw egg with rice and the rice tea.

The property was in a good location next to the train stations and plenty of food spots, and a seven eleven.

Place was clean. Comfy beds, pillows, quilts. Nice location in Kabukicho, with easy access to Shinjuku trains, restos, and higther end shopping south of Kabukicho. It had an onsen. Small but good enough to feel like you were in Beppu. Breakfast was quick, simple, satisfying--rice, eggs, saba, fruit, coffee, juice.

The rooms could have been slightly bigger. There was no useful desk. Warning--at night Kabukicho can be daunting for families: is has girlie bars, squatters smoking and drinking on the sidewalk, mean-looking street toughs hawking whatever. But to be fair, like most of Japan, Kabukicho was safe.

The location was close to lit up kabukicho. The onsen was really nice and the breakfast was well done.

I love the place. Such amazing staff all facilities were really good. Great breakfast options. The location was also in a prime area. Had a wonderful stay!

Extremely polite staff, clean rooms, and a great location.

Rooms are very small, to the point where if you have large suitcases, you may not have space to move around them.

I loved how convenient it was. I was a bit early and they had easy storage. Right across the street, was batting cages and that was just the beginning of the journey while I waited to check in. Check in was a breeze. Stay was nice. Breakfast was good. View was unique. Great hotel.

Room was tiny but that’s normal in Japan so I took it as part of the experience.

Great location; 7-11 across the street, Kabukicho Tower just two blocks away, between Shinjuku and Shin-Okubo station. Also laundry available (only 100 yen per load and free detergent and use of the dryer)
