Location.

The room is very very small two people cannot get in at the same time Bathroom tiny There is a coffee machine, but do not provide coffee and sugar and milk How do you serve one night they charge me for tonight?

Wait for elevator wasn¿t too long.

The cleanliness of it. Compared to the other Apa chain we stayed at in Osaka. It wasn¿t as clean as there, thus lowered my expectations.

Price and good location.

Very small rooms.

Location We walked to the train and subway stations. Close to Ginza shopping district.

Good central location, friendly staff, and a good breakfast

The beds were particularly soft, offering no support. Maybe workable for a night or two, but not longer than that, if you want to be kind to your back. In the end, i had to buy an inflatable camping mattress to lay on top of the bed, to make it workable for my 10 day stay.

The place were the hotel is situated was a discovery: not the place of Tokyo to visit, but an interesting neighbourhood.

It is in fact a bit far from Tokyo station. Rooms are quite small... and being on the 10th floor is a pain when there is only one elevator to move.Beware, there are two hotels with basically the same name.

The front desk is exactly very friendly.

Good location. Beautiful and clean, well maintained rooms. Includes breakfast which is large sandwich, drink of your choice and a small yogurt dessert.

Room is very small. I like and appreciated it, but it could be uncomfortable for some people.

The location was topnotch!

Its hard to control the AC, since its centralized. The room gets too hot and uncomfortable.

It was walking distance to the trains

Way too small . Not exactly what it looks like in the pictures . There’s a few different locations on the same street so please be careful when you book .

The price was the good thing. But, the room was very small for me and my brother!Cushions were excellent. Location ok too..

Decent location in a quiet area. The cleaning staff were friendly.

You were not able to open your windows.

It's ok only to sleep..

The location is not that good, the desk ladies aren't speaking English well and it was very hard to understand them and explain to them if needed something

The price was reasonable. Most of the staff that we met didn't speak English, but they were still very helpful and assisted us by using translation app. Coin laundromat was a 3 min walk.

The lobby AC was very weak, no currency exchange or coin laundry on site - the laundry service they offer was very expensive. No ice machine.The room ac have slight issues, I could smell the humidity in the air, even with bathroom door closed at all time, at times, it caused the room mirror to fogged up, it was weird. Maybe because the middle of the building is an open space, so the humidity slipped in through the door?

The shower was good

Bed was way too soft, room was extremely small

Only one water and one lot of tea/coffee was provided upon check-in and was not replaced daily.

The front desk staff were friendly

Room was filthy, no ac, central air only and they shut it off at night, cleaning staff were often rude and thoughtless, including smoking and talking loud on their phones directly outside of guests rooms. They start at 7am and don't care how much noise they make, and leave bags of garbage and supplies strewn about the ground. A real issue during checkout, but they don't seem to care.Rooms smelt of smoke and had tons of water and smoke damage.

Close to ginza center.

This was my third time staying in an Apa hotel and it was the first time that I couldn’t be satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. Also the sheets were not changed during the 6 nights of our stay.
