Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Osaki

A short walk to the JR Osaki station, very convenient for us to use the train and subway to visit various parts of Tokyo. There are many affordable restaurants in front of the hotel (Think Park Tower) and on the other side of the station (New City mall).

When we walked from the train station to the hotel, there were eight steps of stairs (without ramps) that we had to go through. It maybe not be convenient for wheelchair or heavy luggages.

Great hotel except one thing

Gym and pool are listed as amenities and the reason I picked this hotel. They are part of a separate business in the same building. You have to pay to use them. This was rather frustrating. Please correct this listing and consider checking others.

The location was good though slightly remote . Connected to a train station that had direct lines to various main destinations. The hotel was very clean with comfortable beds and decent size rooms and bathrooms. Provided us with night clothes, slippers and toiletries which made it comfortable

Slightly remote location , area was a bit quiet and so food options were slightly limited and if you checked in late like we did , was a bit difficult. But staff was helpful and there was some stuff available in the building next door.

The breakfast buffet had many food and drink options and was a good way to start the work day. Convenient access to local businesses and trains through the second floor entrance.

When I first arrived, I went to the first floor entrance and was temporarily confused as to where the hotel was. There was a swimming pool so I had to double check that I was in the correct place. I should have gone in from the second floor entrance.

Booked 2 rooms under same name for family but rooms were on different floor.Hotel could have organised the booking to place both room bookings on same floor.Bulky massage chair in room was redundant. Room was not properly cleaned residue waste was still noted during check-in.

Location is great because it is so close to Osaki station, so it was easy to take the metro to get all around Tokyo. Osaki is a quiet area, which was nice to come home to after a day of sightseeing.

The team were friendly, the room had everything we needed, they were able to hold luggage and the location was close to a train station.

Breakfast was poor, especially the coffee.

The location was perfect, as we could easily access the heart of Tokyo without fighting the crowds all the time. We had an amazing view of the city from our room, and it was a very comfortable stay. The extra laundry machines also made access to laundry a bit easier. Lastly, the access directly to the train station was absolutely one of the best features.

The elevator would stop at the lobby every time we went up or down, which was a minor inconvenience. There was also no safe to put our belongings, which meant we had to carry a couple of extra things. Other than that, it was a great stay.

my family of 5 love the location as it was near a train station as well as near restaurants and a supermarket. the rooms are very clean and the staff were all accommodating and friendly.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location is close to the Osaka station that we can easily commute to the downtown Tokyo area. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

The location is most suitable for traveler planning to stay in OSAKI. Direct deck to Osaki station on Floor-2.

The breakfast had very limited options. NOT MUCH on the Buffet.

English-speaking staff available. Very near train station, easy to go to Haneda Airport (half-an-hour car ride).

Fantastic location. It takes less than a five minute walk to Osaki station, which is part of the Yamanote Line. So you can get to places like Shibuya in 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and included AC, bathtub, TV, fridge and large bed. Staff was very friendly and it was also easy to communicate in English.
