    Cons -

    • The room cleanliness was bad. The bedding smelled like a wet towel, the carpet had dust and I couldn’t walk barefoot . The worst part was the bathroom.
    • Overall very nice service for two star hotel but would of liked the staff to help us more with city tours
    • Rooms are pretty small.

The location is perfect for those who want to be near the bustle of Ginza but not exactly in it, it’s on a very quiet side street but close to the subway and close to all the major shopping spots. Moreover there’s several coin laundry places steps away which is very convenient. The staff are also very welcoming and helpful!

There were some issues with air flow in the bathroom - the ventilation could be improved as towels took a very long time to dry and there were mold spots on the shower curtain. The room is also quite small even by Tokyo standards, so if you’re looking to spend relaxing time inside your room, I’m not sure the small space accommodates that. We only came back to sleep so it was no problem for us!

Staff was helpful and the room was nice.

I had a lot of baggage and it was hard to fit in the room.

Great stay within 10 mins from multiple train stations. Walkable area with your choice of convenience stores around the block. Very nice and accomodating staff. Bathroom was huge and water pressure was great.

    Nice large bed.

Could hear sounds from other rooms/the hallway. Inability to cast from phone to watch tv.

Loved the location. Room was comfortable and cozy.

The room was a little cramped, but that’s expected in Tokyo. Also, the single elevator and no stairs access was a little annoying at times.

Clean. Simple. Toilet with full bath.

No cafe or sitting area for breakfast.

    9KARENPosted on: 10-22-2025

Clean, attractive room decor, thoughtful touches , large bathroom, provided light breakfast. Quiet street with easy access to restaurants, convenience stores, places of interest, and major shopping.

    Limited natural light.

Extra clean, and foreigners friendly place

I wish they had a laundry machine but there was one only block and half away so not a biggie.

    9JuliePosted on: 9-27-2025

They improved the breakfast sandwiches options! They added one more type and changed the type of bread, that was a great improvement

    8IngePosted on: 9-27-2025

The bathroom is quite big compared to hotels in Japan

Lighting was broken. Turning on by itself in the middle of the night and the next day couldn't be turned on.Staff should be more helpful with moving luggages when we had to move to another room due to the light problemThe duvet cover had black spots

    4GwynethPosted on: 9-16-2025

The room seemed nice at first. Large with a couch and TV. Great room layout.

The bedding had makeup and hair on it when we got there. We asked for new bedding and they brought us new sheets and a duvet cover but said cleaners wouldn't be there till the next day (the cleaners never came in except to give new towels). They handed us the new bedding and we had to do it ourselves and saw all the stains on the mattress. Not good. They also don't do luggage transfers so you can get it delivered there but they won't help with your next transfer. At least they didn't when we stayed. The beds are also very uncomfortable.

Location is central, safe and relatively quiet; friendly english-speaking stuff; easily accessible.

The room is really tiny even for me as a tiny person; it was the smallest room among all I have stayed in during my trip in Japan, and at the same time the most expensive one. The bathroom (especially the washlet) were actually not really clean; the cheapest facilities like plastic cups don't feel very nice.

    8Alberto H.Posted on: 8-28-2025

Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean, bathroom was very spacious and lots of restaurants nearby.Hotel staff could also speak very good English. And they assisted us to ship our luggage to another hotel.

The only bad thing that I can mention is that the bedroom space and storage. We could barely move around due to our luggage and the closet was very small as well.

    10EdenPosted on: 8-20-2025

really amazing staff, helped us with every little thing we needed. great location- right by the subway and a nearby 7/11 as well. really comfortable shower/bath too!

    9JuanPosted on: 7-29-2025

The bathroom shower and tub was great. Location was very convenient, right next to metro station.

    8KellyPosted on: 7-10-2025

    Great location, good value

Small rooms but to be expected

    7DonnaPosted on: 6-3-2025

The location was good and the hotel itself provided the basic needs. Good value

The room was much smaller than we thought and we were unable to do a late check out due to plumbing issues. It would have been nice to be notified of it earlier than at arrival.
