Location, cleaning service, staff friendly and helpful, free water, room big for Japanese standards

Location of this hotel was excellent

The beds were old and very uncomfortable

Location is convenient 3-5 min walk to kabukichu area.room is ok,no breakfast or eating place in the hotel offered,but mini mart is nxt door,if u looking for just sleep and go then this hotel is descent,typical Japanese bathroom in small size,bed in good size.dont expect too much on what you pay,cheap enough?

TV not working,remote in Japan writing lol,elevator always stop on 3rd flr when using it.

Aircon in each room, most other hotels in Tokyo have centrally managed heating which is often too hot.Having your own aircon makes a huge difference.Room size was good for tokyo.

The room looks old, bed is not comfortable, smells bad specially the bathroom and not clean at all.

I went there september 25' and for the area it was one of the cheapest. It was good.

I was given a really old room, but because of the price it didn’t surprise me. What happened next doesn’t have an explanation. I extended my stay for 2 more nights, and was given the literal room next to mine. That new room was NEW, it was super nice and clean and the bathroom was neat. So I dont really understand why that happened. JUST ask to be given one of the new rooms, i would suggest.

Good location. And the room is a little bigger than other hotel rooms. It’s a good price.

The bed is too firm. Not comfortable.

The location was in the middle of the red light district, the room was small.

Room size was fine , low price.

I asked specifically for non smoking room which they assured us. When we entered the room it was obvious that's not true. The rooms were a bit dirty, with bad smell.. The other guests are inconsiderate and loud. There might be a hidden camera in the wall clock, I couldn't find any info to confirm this but it definitely seems like it.Apparently this hotel is in the heart of Shinjuku red light district which is good for nightlife but wouldn't recommend for anything else.

I love the people who work here in this hotel very nice and humble they even give me gift because i celebrate my birthday in there hotel. Perfect spot !Thank you Hotel siena And More Power !

Only the location

It was awfully dirty. Some of people from our group even noticed cockroaches. It was terrible

- Great location in Shinjuku (close to multiple subway and train lines)- 24/7 desk service with polite and helpful staff members

- AC wasn't working in our first room. Thankfully the staff was nice enough to let us change rooms- Bed was uncomfortable - Rooms were old and outdated- The whole 3rd floor smelled of cigarettes

Location, really nice staff

Faulty room aircon, uncomfortable mattress, no fan in the bathroom, loud fridge and air purifier. Lots of lights and noises in the room at night. Had to return the room key to the front desk every time we left the hotel

It was not too far from the convenient stores and big hops.

The location was terrible. It was a shabby area. Lots of nightclubs around, many drunk and drugged people on the street, lots of noises, loud music until morning, dirty sidewalks, people yelling and laughing loud, etc.Also, as examples, on the second day our toilet's bidet stopped working. The hair drier wasn't working properly either.

Convenient location, Friendly staff! The room was clean, and everything was fine! A great place to stay if you want to rest after a long flight. There's a nearby Konbini that sells delicious strawberry milk!

I had a Japan Wireless packet delivered at the hotel, but it was difficult to get the staff to find it.

Ideally situated 10 minutes walk from Shunjuku train station, this hotel is exactly where you would want to,be. Facilities were great, cleanliness exceptional and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! A+++
