Location is soo convenient. You are steps away from the Kyobashi subway station and the South Yaesu entrance to Tokyo station. Ginza is 10 mins, Imperial Palace is 15-20 mins. No gym or room service but you are in Tokyo go outside!
Our economy room was small for two petite women but that was to be expected. When you choose the greenÃÂ housekeeping option, they change the towels but don't make the bed. Its the opposite of US hotels. I wouldn't change it but we were surpris
The y had complimentary coffee and tea that was delicious and the room we had was large for Tokyo. The location was super great doenusing Tokyo station and there were great little places to eat nearby.
The hotel was a short walk from Tokyo station as well as Ginza. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a great place to return to after a long day of walking. They supplied many toiletries including toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor and comb.
Location is in a great location. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Even when we had a Do Not Disturb sign on the door, they left a full bag of amenities and towels outside our door! Highly recommend this hotel.
