YOTEL Tokyo Ginza

The location was great, the staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

The WC smelled of cigarettes, the room did not, so it was strange to have such a strong smell of cigarettes in the toilet room. Also, we weren’t informed of the time constraint on breakfast and missed it entirely. There was one server that was very nice and did what he could to bring us coffee and tea.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating The location was in close proximity to the train and the others cities we wanted to visit.

The rooms were quite small for two adults but we managed. Not a complaint just observation. I’d stay again.

The staff didn’t have our air conditioning ON for two nights!!!! It was 85-91 degrees and it was horrible and got charged more than i expected

Great location, deals on last minute booking and wonderful breakfast. Restaurant also has dinner options, and rooms are spacious enough compared to hotels in the area

Kind of a hub for travel Bros and young party couples. Perhaps look to other options if you have a family

Trying to charge us early check-in if we wanted the room before 3 pm check-in. Also, we has reserved a large family room; instead, we got two smaller rooms with NO connecting doors.

Room was perfect sized and very clean! Check in was very easy!

If you check in even slightly before your reservation, they will charge an early fee. Speak to the front desk rep instead of monitor!

Great location. The train station is only 5 minutes away. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Luggage storage was easy. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

self check-in was a bit glitchy/required assistance, bed and room were small despite being a "deluxe queen" (the bed was a full/double). room was hot upon arrival. not able to adjust temp until you put your room key in and then it has to stay in the slot if you want the AC to run while you're gone. reservation said slippers provided - they were not.

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and helpful front desk, daily housekeeping service, and location.Also liked that we were able to drop off our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Location is close distance to many subway stations, luxury stores, and Don Don Donki.The bed and mattress are nice, buffed, and quite comfy.

No amenities and no idea to get one from the desk since it’s no-men assisted check-in process.Might need extra rug for the sink.The window is not fully concealed, so the cold air might come in (I visited this hotel in winter) and disrupts the heater, and the bathroom is quite cold as well.

Really nice hotel with very comfortable beds, friendly staff who are multilingual, and good access to Shinbashi and Ginza. Had a family room which worked really well and was nice and spacious.

Got the impression that shipping and laundry services were above my price range, so used a local laundromat and Yamato three blocks away. Also the breakfast serving utensils were tiny and made me feel a bit glutinous taking helpings.

Great hotel, great location. Staff was a bit stiff but helpful.

Location is perfect in Ginza, right next to all the luxury shopping and restaurants. Also a quick walk to all major train stations so it makes it easy to get around Tokyo. Room was small but they were able to upgrade us to a slightly bigger one when we arrived. Bed was super comfortable and motorized to turn into seating. Robots bring up towels and water bottles and anything else you needed. Beautiful view from our room too.Also there's no in-room meals/room service but the staff were able to make an exception when we got sick and couldn't go out to get food. They brought us our meals to our room and cleaned it after.

Breakfast was not worth it, not much variety or options and overpriced. Photos were a bit deceptive for room size (had to upgrade to a bigger one when we arrived). No bathtub, just a shower and toilet (right next to the bed).

The location was perfect! Close to the metro station and you can explore Ginza by walking. A huge Familymart just around the corner and 7/24 open Don Quijote! There are great restaurants and cafes in a walking distance.

Even though I left a do not disturb sign on the door and didn't want any cleaning, housekeeping came in to clean the room. Since I didn't want any cleaning I left my stuff in the room over the bed and I didn't feel comfortable when they came in to touch all my clothes and pjs. When I talked with the team they couldn't tell me the reason why they came in, the only thing they said was sorry. The hotel manager was very helpful though. Another point is that the rooms are too small but for the location it is understandable.

Disappointed. Rooms are not the most practical. O would not recommend this hotel. Staff are not very friendly. The first hotel I have stayed at in Japan that does not offer amenities.

I liked that this property was very clean. Every day the towels would be replaced. Trash removed. I liked that the room had a big bed. It has a dining/bar area and it has a small gym. The property location was close to the Ginza shopping district and close to the metro station to connect to other popular areas.

Comfortable beds. Great family rooms. Responsive staff. Close to Ginza 6, great selection of restaurants.

Complete toiletries and amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste etc could have been readily available in the room.

Exceptionally clean, great location next to a subway station. Quick check-in and check-out, and the staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. The hotel has a gym, which is not easy to find in Tokyo hotels. Bed was super comfortable. Loved staying here, and will come back in the future!
