Great location in Ginza, only a 6min walk from the station.

The toilet seat wasn't heated compared to most toilets in Japan and the room felt a bit small for two people.

    Location and Free Coffee

They have remove the Smokinh area at the lobby from my previous stay in 2020! And the Concierge didnt even that they have it!

Location - convenient, well placed hotel.Room - small/basic but has everything you need.Price/value - worth it based on location.

the staff was very helpful and always cheerful! This was my first night back in Toko and I forgot how small the rooms are. throughout the country

i only had one problem: the laundry located on the lobby floor:This is a wash/dry machine that does everything and takes more than an hour!BE CAREFUL I asked about the water temperature/and the dryer and was told it was a standard temp and could not be altered.DO NOT WASH anything that might shrink. My new knit shirt shrunk from woman/size 14 to something a child might wear. No it was not an expensive top, purchased in Italy on this trip. The problem was you can not find a replacement in a size that will fit a European. When you travel 8 wks, only packing the minimum needed. The lost of one shirt forced me to waste time doing laundry every 5 days.............they need to change the setting on their machines.the hotel also sells 'universal' converters: they do NOT work on USA appliances

Clean and the room was nice. Near Ginza attractions and the staff was helpful.

There is no common area to relax in away from the room if needed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, and the room was always clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the heart of Ginza's shopping area, and easily accessible from both Ginza Station (Exit 09) and Higashi Ginza Station, about a 5-minute walk. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I was disturbed by the sound of talking from the next room while I was sleeping. The wall is supposed to be soundproof. Hopefully, the hotel management can look into improving the sound insulation between rooms.

Location & staffs are great ?

An old hotel, accor/ibis did NOT even change the interiors from the previous operator/brand hotel.

The Ibis Hotel was very nice and at a convenient location. For the the hotel and room itself it was nice as the room itself had decent space despite its size. It also had a very nice restroom set up that would always have its amenities restocked every one or two days. Such as a new toothbrush, toothpaste and even a shaver. It was also nice to have some nice staff members that would help you when you asked them which made the experience complete. As for location, Ibis is honestly close to anything you need, from a Family Mart right across your hotel, a Lawson right around your corner, every fashion store you need around the corner and finally a Don Quijote to cover anything else you need. And to top it off, it's close to about 3-4 different train stations, giving you easy access to anywhere you want to go in Tokyo, even to the two airports.

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel honestly.

Location was perfect. Staff were friendly. Free coffee machine for members.

The laundry was tiny with two machines. Always busy and hard to get an opportunity to wash. The drying cycle didn’t work well. Took at least four to five drying cycles to dry. Rooms are tiny but that’s expected in Japan.

The location was good, and the staff were friendly

Very small room, not enough space for more than two people

    7EmanPosted on: 4-15-2025

Dislike - Room size was very small, breakfast buffet very limited, room rates too expensive. Property doesn’t show on google maps, taxi took us to another IBIS and we had to take another taxi to the property.Like - Location is very good, friendly staff

Location. And the room although small was well set up. Lots of hot water!

There was roadwork outside the hotel almost every night. A bummer because I like the window open at night

Location was good for walking to local markets, parks, dining and shopping centers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in, after 6 months travel in SE Asia. Tokyo isn't cheap.

    4BoylandPosted on: 3-19-2025

I didnt like at all the property. The room was extremely small (i think even smaller than normal for japan style)

Pretty small and didn’t offer anything to the guests. No services available. Maybe a good place for a business trip but not for leisure.

    9AndreaPosted on: 3-15-2025

Location is very convenient. The rooms are spacious. Not that huge but compared to other Tokyo hotels, they’re okay. Compared to other Ibis too, they’re acceptable

    8PeterPosted on: 3-11-2025

Good location near Ginza station. Good breakfast option @ Thai restaurant next door.

Small room and bed (princess size?). Bath and shower are basic.

    5StephenPosted on: 3-9-2025

    Below average

Quite disturbing the hotel wanted to charge $300 yen for a cup of coffee from the coffee machine in the lobby. Said it’ll be free if I sign up for the membership. The money was small but the cheapness was overwhelmingly poor.
