Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower

Staff was friendly and the location was close enough to Shinjuku without being on top of it

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel and the room I had was not very good. The bathroom had a smell to it, the ac did not work well as the previous room I was in, and there was a lot of dust that triggered my allergies and irritated my sinuses

Large rooms with great views of the east side of Tokyo. Very clean and quiet. Airport limousine shuttle drop-of and pickup outside of hotel. 7-Eleven convenient store located downstairs of the hotel.

An additional fee was collected from the hotel upon check-in.

This hotel is an awesoem place to stay if visiting Tokyo/Shinjuku. Very strategically located to just walk and walk and walk. Oh and the shopping is endless!!

The room was kinda small for my liking. However, I opted for the lesser priced room so that's on me. I would definitely stay here again.

Located very close to restaurants and shopping

This hotel is way overpriced for the condition of the rooms, the room is very small and reminded me of a 1970s motor lodge on the inside, the hotel its self was up to date but the rooms are way in the past

Large and comfortable room, great buffet breakfast, excellent location, warm and modern luxury vibe. There is a machine to change cash in the lobby, very convenient. Each floor has ice machine, water dispenser and vending machine at low price.

Location was fantastic. Especially if you plan on visiting the Shinjuku area. That and the staff are wonderful.

I don't think you get what you pay for. Stayed at a hotel in Ginza for half the price and was twice as nice. Now the room was a bit larger and so was the bathroom, but that's really all. No secure elevators was also a bit odd. Especially for the volume of traffic coming in and out of the lobby.

The location is good, accessible to shopping mall and subway station

Lack of breakfast variety

Hotel is in a centre location close to Sinjuku station and bus terminals, its so convenient to go everywhere. Staff are very nice, they work hard to ensure our stay is comfortable. The rooms are spotless, with nice city views. The direct access to airport shuttle bus from the hotel is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Though we booked king bed room yet it is still a bit small. This is in the centre of Tokyo so its understandable.

This hotel was awesome! The staff were so friendly and helpful; room was clean and spacious; breakfast was DELICIOUS (totally worth it); and the location is perfect. Right between Shinjuku & Yoyogi station, so you can walk to either and have easy access to the whole city! And the view from our room was breathtaking.

Nice hotel with a good location near numerous subway lines and Shinjuku station. If not for the demolition work occurring next door throughout the day, we would stay here again. Again, the location is the main benefit of this hotel.

I would not recommend this hotel for the foreseeable future, as our "Premium King room" faced an ongoing demolition project (heavy machinery and jackhammers just a few floors below us). Loud concrete demolition all day every weekday. Even our travel earplugs could not keep out the constant chunk-chunk-chunk-chunk-chunk-chunk sound 10 hours a day.
