- The room smelled cigarette and even we sprayed air freshener it didn’t mask the strong odor of the cigarette. We asked if they can change our room to non smoking room they said they cannot do that. And they also have a rule that you cannot leave any luggages, and for travelers like us it’s not really convenient. The wifi was also so! so! so! slow that we cannot even open our social media accounts ?
- Rooms are small, it's not comfortable to stay more than 1 person. I asked for my reciept from hotel staff but she denied to give me and didn't care anything after that. She told me to contact Booking website in my country. After I came back I contacted Booking staff, he confirmed me hotel must give me my reciept. This is the only one hotel I've stayed that staffs are confusing about reciept policy.

Very close to Chofu Keio station and bus stop. There're lawson, supermarket, drugs store and cafe around there. Even the toilet is small but it provides a small bath tub that you can sit up straight for relaxing. Rooms are designed to use space effeciently. Microwave, boiler and TV are available.

Central location. Budget cost.
Bed mattress needs replacing. Could not open or see out frosted glass window. There was an electric kettle in room so would expect tea bags provided at reception or in room..

Refrigerator was loud. TV remote was hard to use. Should be replaced. Room 404.

bathroom is very narrow and the wash let didn’t work and the light arrangement is very strange very dark in the room coon laundry was ok but the dryer took 2hours to dry waste of time
It was good value for money. Minimal interaction with staff. No meals provided, but its a central location so you can find whatever you want near Chofu station. Room was clean, bed & bath was adequate. Wifi was slow at times, but overall ok.
Faster wifi, cutleries in room (fork, spoon etc).
Convenient just besides the station and easy access to the Jindaiji temple.
No option to choose for the non-smoking room
