Great location ! as soon as we got off the monorail from Haneda Airport, we found the sign to the hotel lobby which is located within the same Sea Fort/ Tennozu Square complex. Great harbor view to see the rainbow bridge with its solar powered lights.

Great location! Plenty to do in the area or just one stop away by metro. The view from my room on the 24th floor was nice.

The shower head felt like you were showering with a hose.

Didn’t allow single room for the family which could easily be accommodated in one room with 2 queen bed

Hotel Holiday Inn has no bike parking. Made it difficult for my Japan cycling trip.

The staff is awesome. Very respectful and helpful.

The room is not cooling enough complained about it but they said that air conditioning is not individual controlled it was control by the facility of the building.It stays warm inside I’m not happy about.

strategic location if you came from haneda airport, connect with the monorail station. the room is very big and have view to the bay. very clean room.

View is really nice.Room also feel comfortable.Breakfast is good, anyway, if allow customer to do it by ourselves, it would feel more interested.

It is quite far from office area. And we have to take Taxi to back to hotel only. Cannot walk.

It's located very close to the monorail, so it's very convenient to go to and from Haneda airport. The hotel view is beautiful.

It's all good except it could get a little bit expensive if you travel a lot, everywhere you go you'll need to travel by the monorail first then make transfer.

Great hotel right next to the Tokyo Monorail, easy stop from Haneda airport. Beautiful waterfront promenade and close to Shinagawa station.

There were 4 of us (2 adults + 2 teens) in our party. We booked the quadruple room and it was a comfortable stay. Rooms are big and even with our luggages, there is space enough to move around. While the area around the hotel may seem quiet, there are many good restaurants nearby offering waterfront dining, T Y Harbor, being one of them.There is also an Indian restaurant serving excellent naan in the vicinity of the hotel. Hotel staff speak excellent English and I was always acknowledged and greeted every time I walked past the reception.

Hotel decor & design is a little dated. However, everything works and the hotel is very clean.
