Very clean and reasonably priced; the location in Ueno is fantastic! The hotel is right by the station and a very short walk to Ueno Park, with numerous famous shrines and temples, and Ueno zoo, with pandas! The hotel also provided many free amenities!

I wanted to stay there with my two children, 12 and 9. The hotel claimed that the 12-year-old had to be charged as an adult and asked me to book a separate room. Can you imagine? A 12-year-old staying in a hotel room by himself?
I like nutritious breakfast and good quality personal care products available. My husband like unlimited soft drink that can mix into mocktail. And also Good quality bed with 4 style pillows. .

daily room cleaning. if you opted not to clean your room, they will still provide you new set of towels and dental kit in a basket mesh and they just hand it infront of your door.excellent location too.

Good location, close to the Ueno Station. Close to the busy areas of Ueno but far enough to be quite. Free drinks in the lobby are very nice. I had to check out too early to enjoy the breakfast but it is included for free with the stay.
The rooms are slightly small. There are no instructions on the HVAC in english. I had to use my phone to translate the functions.
Breakfast and free cold and hot drinks are included in a price that is already affordable. 3 minutes to Metro station, and 10 minutes (slow walk) to JR station and Ueno Park. Close to convenient stores and main road.
