Eco Cleaning is excellent enough. Next to DonQuijote 24hr is perfect. Next Zaiseriya for breakfat is excellent too.

The people were arguing next door and we could here them, they argued for hours. The staff helped rather quickly

Breakfast ordering time is delayed. It takes 15 to 20 mins to get the food on the table. If they serve Buffet, it will be time saving,

Great location; next to a Don Quijote, Tokyo Dome and Subway. The room was more spacious compared to a couple of other hotels I've stayed at in Tokyo.

The room and the entire floor had a bad odour of smoking throughout the stay. The staff did not understand English, making conversations difficult.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short subway ride from all the main sights. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, and although the staff don’t speak much English, they were very kind and did their best to understand and help with everything we needed. The Yamato luggage service was available on-site, and the staff helped us with all the paperwork, which was very convenient. There’s also a self-service laundromat that’s easy to use — you just insert coins (which can be changed at reception) and enter the code. A pleasant surprise was the shampoo and conditioner — unlike most hotel products that leave your hair feeling dry, these were genuinely high-quality and made my hair feel soft and smooth.Overall, a comfortable and well-located stay with thoughtful service.

Cleaning was done very well, shower and bathroom good layout. Staff was excellent.

I would have used more service the hotel offered if I had been told they were available.

Great location next to Tokyo Dome and Don Quijote - rooms are clean- ice machine!

They charged us 1200 Jpy to check us in 1 hour earlier. TBH they shouldn’t do that. Specially if they see a family with small children and on a rainy day when the kids are tired you can’t really go outside to do anything. But I get it you have to run a business and make it profitable. For the amount and just the 1 hour early check in. Seems a bit too much.

I attended a conference at the University of Tokyo, and the hotel I stayed at was conveniently located about a 20-minute walk from the venue. There are numerous bus stops and metro stations nearby, making transportation easy. Additionally, the area offers a variety of food options and convenience stores. Since the hotel is not situated in a tourist area, you can experience the everyday life of the locals during your stay.The hotel provides breakfast, although it is not particularly impressive. The good news is that you can use the breakfast ticket at the Don Don Donki store located downstairs, which is worth 1,000 JPY for each ticket. Furthermore, every floor of the hotel has a laundry room equipped with four or five washing machines, which are usually not very crowded.

The room is small, which is to be expected. However, the view from the window is not particularly pleasant, as it overlooks the balconies of the neighboring apartment buildings. Additionally, the payment machine could not read some of my credit cards, forcing me to use one with a less favorable exchange rate. As a result, I ended up paying a bit more than I should have.

Quite a dirty room - with a lot of dust and broken/depreciated furniture.

In truth it was all ok. But unlike their sister hotel in Kyoto it wasn’t excellent.

This was not a cheap hotel and we paid the extra because we wanted the hotel on our last few nights to be as good as their sister hotel in Kyoto.It just wasn’t.

We were in Tokyo for an event at the Tokyo Dome. It was perfectly located for that.

There was no window view, but that’s what happens when you book the cheapest room available. That would have been the same no matter where I had booked.

Location, some staff speaks English well, the variety of amenities, size of the room.Check in was easy.

It was difficult to adjust the room temperature to our liking, and the room was somewhat small.

Breakfast lacking in vegetarian option

The room was pretty small, but very clean and comfortable. The staff and all the crew were kind and helpful. The location is pretty central and the hotel is close to almost everything you need. ?

Overall it was a good experience, but I think a room for 3 people should be a little bigger, but it's still a good place to choose.

It’s dirty in corners. Even the tray on the table has a lot of dust.

Location is very good. Near LaQua which has a number of good restaurants. Within hotel building there is Saizeriya. Breakfast coupon has option of having breakfast or using it for other meals or at Don Donki. Love hotel’s bath salts, lotion, serum, shaving foam and cleaning lotion etc. Also their beverage selection is fantastic! Love the option to clean room and selecting it thru the TV night before. Love the shoe horn - best in all my hotel stays throughout the world! Love to have it at my own home as I have yet to find one like this in my life! Very well crafted!

When we were there the washing/drying machine is not working/available.

Location - There’s Donki right below the hotel; 7 eleven & Lawsons are nearby; lots of shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance; right across Tokyo Dome attractions; near LaQua mall; close to Tokyo Dome Hotel for Airport Limousine Bus; few minutes walk to Suidobashi Station; only few stops and usually only one transfer to Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza, Akihabara (30mins or less by train).The staff are helpful. Hoping the hotel will work closely with Airporter in the future.

The location is so good due to Donki being just next door and Lawson a few doors away! The rooms were clean, the staff friendly. Good place to go with kids
