Tokyo Prince Hotel

I made reservation for 1 room 2 beds and I was charge for 2 rooms with 2 beds. Try to contact you it is impossible.

The amazing view of the tower!

The bed was very uncomfortable. My skin is very sensitive so the sheets were making me itchy, and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Even putting a cheap topper on the mattress would probably make it better. The pillows were comfortable though thankfully.

Hotel in great location and close subway and major attractions. The staffs has great survives . The room size is good for Tokyo .

We had no concerns or problems.

Room is spacious and clean. They have a convenient store inside hotel which is very helpful

Great location at the center of Tokyo. Even for a brief walk it is next to the magnificent Zojoji Temple and the Tokyo Tower. The lobby is palatial and the breakfast was wonderful.

Good location for Tokyo Tower

Room was very worn with peeling wallpaper. Twin beds could NOT be pushed together because of furniture configuration.

Shiba Park, Tokyo Tower is yards away. The next door shrine is beautiful. The hotel is quite.

Friendly staff.

It located next to Tokyo Tower, beautiful view from the tower from my room and walking distance from the station, easy to go aroundThe room for me was a bit outdated, also it seems more a Hotel for conferences and things like that, overall was fine, in my opinion a bit overpriced for the room, as other places have rooms that a bit more renewed in general.

Room seems a bit outdated, more of a conference hotel

The rooms at the Tokyo Prince Hotel were incredibly spacious and we loved the mid-century style of the hotel (given it was built in 1964). The location was great with the hotel being surrounded by parkland and close to several subway stations. Numerous restaurants and cafes were also within walking distance in the Minato-Ku area.

Great location. Really close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Amazing views of the Tokyo Tower. You’re one block away and have access to this amazing landmark whenever you want.

Location of the hotel is excellent, the service by personnel is excellent.

The hotel is from the 60s and it shows in the room : furniture is end of life as well as the bathroom. Too bad for a luxury hotel. It all is still in working condition, but it is time to remodel the rooms and especially the bathroom.

Location and atmosphere

There was no flexibility with check in time. I arrived at 7am due to a delay in my flight and was told I could not check in early without paying a hefty fee.

Breakfast was amazing! A huge buffet and everything tasted incredible. The bar/patio was also lovely with a great view.Lots of great places to walk around and eat in the vicinity.

The rooms felt old, but they were clean. It also smelled like a smoking area, even though it was no smoking.

Hotel was nice and walking distance to a train station

The walls are very thin. We could hear people’s voices and their TV on all night. Hard to get some sleep if you have noisy neighbors

The view from our room was amazing. The room itself was nice and spacious, and the staff was always nice to ask about stuff like, if we wanted our room cleaned or not on the few days we stayed in, and they were always respectful.

One thing that confused us, was how the complimentary water always tasted a bit different from day to day.We rented a car for 2 days, and assumed parking would be fine since it says "1000 yen per day" the first morning we came out to pay, we had to pay 1300, which was fine, no big deal, but the second day, when we had to give the car back, we had to pay 8300 yen, which left us a bit shocked, however we just ate the charge and didnt ask the staff about it, since we had some busy schedules.

The 30m2 room is spacious and relaxing.

Being an older property, the lighting in the room and bathroom is a bit dim. Also, the chair for the small desk was too low to sit and work comfortably.
