Small but very cozy, the water heats up in just a few seconds, which is perfect for the cold weather in Japan.

The laundromat only has two machines, not enough as some people do not come and fetch their finished laundry when times up.

The staff was nice. They let us leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. The room was clean and almost big enough.

The bed was accessible only from one side.

Excellent location, keyio subway line entrance was super close. Less than a mile from tokyo station.

Tiny room, but that is to be expected in Tokyo. For how small it is, it does have everything you need. When i travel, hotel room is just a place to sleep. If youre looking for good accommodations near Tokyo Station, not much else is needed!

The hotel’s location was the best thing about it. It’s situated in a prime part of Ginza, just a 1-minute walk from the metro station. The center of Ginza is only a 15-minute walk away, making it an ideal spot for exploring. There are also convenient stores around the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained.

One of the downsides is the size of the rooms. Thankfully, they raised up the beds for luggage, but otherwise, it wouldn’t be possible to walk if you have luggage open. However, I found this so common all across Japan, so that’s what you should expect.

It is incredibly close to the Hatchobori station (A4) and to the Tokyo Station, which helps tremendously when traveling through the city.The breakfast is japanese style, great if you want to have that experience.The staff are amazing, incredibly helpful and always smiling and treating you nicely.

The room was affordable, had everything that was needed, and was clean.

The rooms are extremely small, consisting only of a bed and a table. However, for the price and what else is available, is was quite good. The breakfast had a very limited selection, consisting mainly of rice and curry. The location is not the best - it is on the east side of Tokyo, far from all tourist attractions and go-to places, it was easy enough with a metro but always 20+ minutes for commuting.

Staff was helpful and spoke good english

The bed was a bit awkward being only able to get into bed from one side, but that is just a small nitpick.

It was a budget option compared to other hotels, so the same was the living experience at this hotel. I wouldn't stay for more than 2 days.

The check-in and check-out timings are not the best.

The location is great, you are right next to the subway. Facilities were compact but clean, convenient and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful even without speaking the language. Enter hotel area and space was quite clean and lovely.

Convenient to Haneda and right next to the Hatchobori station of the metro. Plenty of izakaya and other eateries nearby. A good breakfast, too.

As usual, it's a good choice if you value staying in Tokyo. Although the room is small, it's functionality is good enough for a short stay.

Well located and functional. As noted by other travelers, a very compact room, good for 1-2 people. Bit of a squeeze with a toddler, would be wary if with a child.
