Staff was good, bathroom was very nice, and the public bath was very relaxing.

The room and bathroom were very small.

At the B it was the little things that made the difference, coffee service day and night, the snack ice cream in the evenings was great. Love the bath spa very clean very close to all night connivence stores

More vending machines and it wasn’t clear how to get free breakfast but all in all a 9/10 easy hotel

Very friendly staff and lovely small onsen. Great location. Unfortunately, we had to share a bed with one side pushed against the wall. Overall, it was a good deal.

I loved the amenities available! The ice cream that was available on an evening was delicious and very much appreciated! Location was perfect - you have a choice of stations and restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows became a little uncomfortable after the first night, but otherwise, the bed was very comfortable.

A great hotel with very good location next to Tokyo Dome stadium. The room was a good size even according hotels in Europe. It was nice to have a free coffee machine 24 hours and also every evening a free ice cream machine. Included public bath, which is a almost traditional Japanese bath with Sauna was very nice as well. Over all great place.

The coin laundry center was accepting only coins - maybe is possible to adapt it to work with credit or debit cards as well. The air condition has menu only in Japanese language - and even we all know how to use it,, sometimes would be nice to be able to read the settings menu and to be able to set it right

I loved the location of the property and the friendliness of the staff. The room was large enough, clean, and had nice amenities. My kids loved the complimentary ice cream in the lobby.

The property is very old and dated. A renovation of the bathrooms would go a long way in making the property more attractive. The beds in our room were hard as boards and we woke up with sore backs. The beds in the extra room that we were made to purchase for our children (and couldn’t switch to) were nice and soft. We should have been warned about those hard beds beforehand.

Well located hotel, close to a supermarket. Nice surprise with a coffee and ice-cream machines. Awesome addition in the onsen area (namely sauna).

Location was excellent. Free coffee and ice cream was a nice touch. The best part was the public bath & sauna. That made it special.

room was small- but perfectly clean. Had a case as was heading over to Okinawa after Tokyo and had to work around living out of the case versus getting everything out. So it was very tight for space

Room size could have been bigger (perhaps I could have paid for bigger room). Breakfast was average- but typical of small places like this as I understand it

The room is relatively okay for 2 pax. The dryer from the laundry room is good.

The hotel is relatively far from the main station and you have to climb up the stairs for to the main lobby. So those with big luggages will have Abit of trouble. before going to the main lobby, you have to climb up a slope to the main lobby stairs. Thus not really suitable for those with many luggages. The room for 3 pax or more is smaller then expected.

It was very clean, comfortable & the staff were very friendly. Good breakfasts and free ice cream in the evening.

We arrived less than an hour before check in at 3pm and our room was ready, however we had to pay for an early check in.The breakfast was fine however my son is a vegetarian so avoids meat, to avoid food waste perhaps the staff could ask what we would like for the breakfast meal.The mattresses were very hard

I like the location to the Tokyo Dome. As well as breakfast in the mornings!

I did not like that it was central air, our room was very hot and had to leave windows open to cool off. The rooms were also wore down with scratches in the walls and the carpet made your feet dirty.
