    Pros +

    • Amazing experience as soon as we landed from our 17hr flight! We were greeted to such a warm and inviting stay. The 3 person traditional room was spacious for all 3 of us. What drove us to book here was the breakfast and onsen. The onsen was clean, sleek, and easy to use (especially for first-timers), the breakfast was wonderful to try a taste of Japan's cuisine. Laundry was easy to use and affordable
    • Excellent sento + sauna area on the basement floor. Rooms were small but had everything you needed. Location is convenient, no more than a 10 minute walk to metro stops. Free nighttime yonaki soba was a nice touch. Will be back!
    • We loved the Breakfast / Brunch and the Onsen

    Cons -

    • It was a great stay! I would totally book here again or another Dormy Inn!
    • Honestly, not much. Great value.
    • The pillows were to hard.

Nice location near Ginza district but on a quiet street with good restaurants nearby. Really great breakfast buffet and nice onsen.

The location, the breakfast and the size of the room. And especially the stuff

    We loved everything

Breakfast was delicious! Lots of options to choose from. Everything tasted very fresh and the restaurant was very clean.

Better labelling of food items in English. List of potential allergies may be helpful for foreigners who don't know what some dishes contain.

    Onsen

Overall staff are nice. Anyway, I experience problem with a staff at reception. I lost my key card 2 times during my stay. i went to ask for new card at reception. On the 2nd time, staff said to me “ next time i will not give you new card anymore’ ?? Of cause, It is my fault I lost it but no intention at all. This made me feel like i am in a nursery.

The staff, room, amenities, and food were all excellent! The free drinks, ice cream bars, and washer(laundry) are nice perks.

Not really a dislike. Initially, the location was a bit out of the way, but once you are familiar with where some of the subway stations are located, the walk to and from activities and shops, the hotel turns out to be central enough.

We were given a full size bed for 2 adults and 1 child. Staff was not helpful

    5BrianPosted on: 12-2-2025

Location is good with the proximity to Higashi-Ginza station, as well as the fact that they offer a Onsen and Sauna on the basement level. We also appreciated the free Yakult and the free Ramen offering, which is a nice gesture. The room size is what you expect from a hotel in Tokyo - small, but practical.

Unfortunately the core feature - the bed. It wasn't very comfortable and the pillows were terrible. The staff was helpful but not overly friendly. Don't think I saw a smile from any of the staff members during our stay.

    10JackPosted on: 11-29-2025

The hot spring was amazing. Complementary ramen and ice cream are icy on the cake. Walking distance to Ginza and fish market.

    10PalviPosted on: 11-20-2025

The rooms were very clean, well laid out and comfortable. It was very quiet as well. It was nice that there was also so much greenery. Excellent selection of food for breakfast on site.

    8ElizabethPosted on: 11-14-2025

I enjoyed the location of the property along with the onsen, free icecream, and free ramen. The room was also not bad and came with a sectioned off bed area to make up for the space. There was also water and 2 pastries in our refrigerator upon arrival which was refreshing. The staff was helpful as well!

I did not like that parking had to be payed for when staying there. I also did not like the inconvenience of not being able to use this onsen if you have tattoos.

    10SakiPosted on: 10-24-2025

helpful staff, clean spacious quiet room.

AC made strange noise, it was noisy.

    9SallyPosted on: 10-18-2025

Pros: -good location close to several subway lines (hibiya line, marunoichi line, etc). The 1500 yen airport bus for Narita stops right in front of ginza station (no reservation taken when going to the airport. You just show up at the bus stop, then pay the driver with SUICA or cash)-great japanese style breakfast with lots of healthy options-free ramen at night between 9:30 and 11pm-free onsen-lots of nice shops to explore in the neighborhood; close to tsukiji market

Cons:-wifi didn't work great on my phone or laptop in the room. I had to go down to the lobby to gain access-bed and room are tiny

    8ChloePosted on: 10-15-2025

Good location and value for Tokyo. Loved the onsen in the hotel. Clean and functional.

Very small rooms but expected for Tokyo.

    10MichellePosted on: 10-4-2025

Very lovely property—clean, sleek, traditional with a modern touch. The onsen was, of course, wonderful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located within about a fifteen minute walk to the Ginza train station. We didn’t spend much time in Ginza itself, but this would be a lovely location if we did. Free laundry, coin dryer, complimentary noodles at night. Breakfast is amazing as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were small, but I know that’s typical of Tokyo.

Great location free ramen and ice cream post onsen great onsen

    9Rhodan M.Posted on: 9-16-2025

Very friendly staff and used onsen every day!The room is small but the shelves and layout helped to be very comfortable.

No view, I had a view of a wall of the next building. Breakfast was good!
